This hotel has a great location, near American Village, Sunset Beach, and the ocean. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. Rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with self-service amenities. Some even have balconies with an ocean view. Super convenient location especially with a Lawson at Annex Building lift lobby. Located in the American Village with a variety of restaurants and cafes to select from. There is even an Aeon supermarket nearby. Souvenir shopping is also very easy with lots of gifts dotted around the area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a roof top pool, but need to pay an entry fee. The public baths are accessible for all staying guests. Vending machines and automatic laundromat are available within the hotel too. A bit touristy with a theme park vibe, but it is convenient.

If you want to feel the atmosphere centered around Amavil, I highly recommend it! 👍 This is our third trip to Okinawa, and every time we come, staying at Besel has become a must-do for our family. The bedding doesn't collect dust, and the room condition is good. Especially, the Annex building's ocean view allows you to see Sunset Beach and the sunset, which is wonderful. The EM milk you drink after relaxing in the large public bath is very tasty, and the breakfast with traditional Okinawan dishes is delicious and enjoyable. There are also events until August, including making shaved ice, and they provide a welcome drink plus ice cream. There's a convenience store right below, which is convenient, and the hotel has a spacious parking lot, reducing the burden. I wanted to stay for 2 days out of my 5-night, 6-day trip, but there were no rooms available during the Obon period, so it's such a pity that I only stayed for 1 day. I plan to come back next year.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the location is very good, right by the beach with many shops, restaurants, and convenience stores around. All the staff are lovely and attentive in their service. The room is very clean and tidy. The type of room we booked was Ocean View Main Building for 4 people (parents and child), which is very spacious, allowing us to stay comfortably without feeling cramped. The view is fantastic, very beautiful, overlooking the sea and the beach along the coastline. Every morning we went out for a long run on the beach; the atmosphere is great. I really liked it. This hotel has a beautiful view of both sunrise and sunset. The food is also very good, with a wide selection of dishes and desserts. There is free parking available. It is a perfect hotel. If we come again, we will definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel when attending a live concert at Okinawa Arena. It was about a 15-minute drive to the arena, and my room was in the oceanfront annex, so the view from the room was excellent. I was able to enjoy a wonderful time while looking at the vast ocean. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options! Everything was delicious, and there was also Blue Seal ice cream, which made me very satisfied. The staff were all friendly and kind, making my stay very pleasant. It's a hotel I would like to stay at again!

“It would have been perfect if the weather had been nice...”
I came to visit my son who got a job in Okinawa, bringing my elderly parents with me. Previously, we were taken care of by my son during a move, and I fell in love with the location, the large communal bath, and the breakfast, so I thought I would bring my parents next time. Since it's a special occasion, I was hoping for a room with an ocean view to see the sunset, but unfortunately, it was overcast. The next morning, it rained... Well, this will also be a good memory. The large bath was not too crowded, and the hairdryer was a Refa, which seemed a bit difficult for my elderly mother to use. After bathing, we ventured out to the nightlife of American Village, where we bought souvenirs and T-shirts for the next day. There are various places to eat, so we had no trouble. On our way back, we stopped by the Lawson under the hotel to grab ice cream and drinks. After taking a second bath today, I ate ice cream on the balcony while gazing blankly at the sea. Breakfast the next morning was a bit crowded, but the replenishment of dishes was smooth, and I enjoyed Okinawa specialties focusing on the seafood bowl that was delicious last time. I also indulged in a double serving of Blue Seal ice cream, which was very satisfying. The front desk staff and the staff I passed in the hallway pleasantly exchanged greetings, making me think I would like to come back next time. There were many families with small children, and I believe the hospitality here is thorough, regardless of age. I highly recommend it!
