The hotel is located in a small mall (Ampang Business Centre) so its very convenient! Easy access to source of food (Nasi Kandar, 4Fingers, MB, Family Mart) also includes guardian, Mr DIY. It is also located a few minutes away from Aman Central/ The Town. Stayed with a friend of mine and we felt safe here since the security is top notch. Upon arrival, I asked if there is any room with windows left and luckily there is! The room is spacious, its very clean and includes water heater, hair dryer and other amenities. Although you need to request for Iron or it can be found in the hallway. The only complain is that could have given more shower gel/ shampo and gave two access card upon checking in instead of us having to request for it. Overall, Im very satisfied.

I am your regular for more on less than 10 times in less than a year with different email booking bcs i stay here mostly for works! Pros -strategic location -many eateries in the hotel building such as family mart, llaollao, zus, marrybrown, richeese, yasmeen, chato, chagee, -got atm, 7eleven -got cmart supermarket -got private health facilities in the same building such as 23hours clinic, dentist and so on -so far is safe guards are 24/7 -facilities at the hotel: water dispenser and iron room at the same floor, hairdryer, study lamp, make up mirror -amenities: coffee, shower gel, bath gel, toothbrush -got early c/in as early as 2pm++ cuz the room is ready by the time i arrive ( i know its subject to availbility ) Cons -stayed in room 316. a sauce and mayoinase stain just beside the bed frame??? Come on! Impossible its a glue. -i dont think u replace your bed sheets, blankets and so on. A musty smell all over the room, the sheets smell like a sweaty people slept on this, even got a blood stain. -resulted breakout to my face???????!!!!! I am mad. skin allergy to me, flu and runny nose to the point i cant open the ac bcs my nose is runny and the smell is unbearable -tear outer layer of your pipe? It can develop microorganisms! -why i didnt change my room or call the housekeeping? Cuz by the time i arrived i just drop my bags in the room. I came back late at night because of work matters.
