“Clean, strategic and lots of space”
Pros - Big space..enough to fit 4 adults comfortably. - Aircon works well. - Strategic. Walking distance to Taman Jubilee and Wai Sek Kai. There are two main 24hrs convenience stores opposite the hotel. - Host replies quickly. He is also very friendly and gave suggestions to promote hotel like night view by the poolside. Host is patient and has lots of pictures and information to guide checking in. - Bathroom is clean and big. Cons - Noise. Walls are thin and the airwell does not help and it amplifies the noise from the building. At night is fine but not so in the morning. - Bed. This is nitpicking but a thick hotel bed would be perfect.

“Very cosy and comfortable stay”
Check in and process was very easy. Location was very convenient (near the Ipoh Parade mall and food street). The place was very clean and comfortable also, not to mention cosy. The pool also has a very nice view of the town.

“Great apartment”
Beware those who drive large trucks and SUVs - you will find it difficult to navigate in the parking area with the awkward and narrow path. Other than that I had a great stay. The host was very helpful and responsive, and the self check-in instruction was easy to follow. The apartment itself is excellent. Clean and comfortable.

“Family with young children is better off choosing Majestic”
There is only 1 room as it is a studio apartment, so the kids will need to sleep at the living room. Not very conducive if parents would like to watch tv after kids's bedtime. Good for solo travellers since the area is clean and near to eateries.

“Good location for this place”
I travel with 5 family members and this place fits us comfortably with 2 queen size beds and a sofa bed. The place is located strategically in new town of ipoh where you can easily walk to local specialty shops, famous local restaurants and ipoh Parade shopping mall. There's also 7-11 just opposite the building. You can also walk to old ipoh town within 20 mins walk.
