“Incredible stay ”
From the moment we got out of our taxi (highly recommend spending extra to get a taxi from the train station) — we are SO taken aback by the service. We speak a small amount of Japanese and got by on our trip, but the woman who greeted us spoke excellent English and it was an added bonus to have a great conversation with no misunderstanding on our end. This was the highlight of our Japan trip, a truly picturesque ryokan experience. We got the dinner and breakfast, and it was very, very good. This is a traditional Japanese onsen experience. The only sad part was we wish we stayed longer. We had a private onsen, and think the private one was the best part! Spectacular.
