“Great Hotel and Service”
I had a wonderful stay at Swissotel Ratchada Bangkok. The service was excellent from start to finish – the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, making me feel welcomed right away. What impressed me most was how attentive and accommodating the staff were. Every request I had, even last-minute ones, was handled quickly and with a smile. The level of professionalism and genuine hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service in Bangkok.

“everything was great”
great from what youd expect from a very providing clean easy hotel to work with... staff was extremely nice, a lot of space for cars to cycle through and also a large space for them to park on the rigth to wait like our driver so it was epic for function wise and very easy to get round ... elevators fast, never crowded, staff all beatuiful and kind across the street by walk or car is a ton of amazing restaurants. we were at BIDC for Dad that day so just used the hotel to rest that day then head back home in another city with our driver.

“Always a 5* stay in this genuine 5* establishment. ”
A additional one night’s stay between many other Swissotel visits. The hotel always delivers first class guest services within an impressively refined 5* establishment. Marble floors & sweeping staircases framed by huge floral arrangements under chandeliers in the impressive lobby & reception areas lets every guest know they have arrived in a genuine 5* hotel. Not that anyone would in any doubt having been welcomed in by the large marble lion sculptures either side of the main lobby doors. All public areas very clean, well polished & smelling fresh while the lobby & reception areas are superbly chilled by ice-cool air conditioning. Swiss Advantage Rooms or Executive Swiss rooms all very well designed with marble bathrooms & separate walk in showers & bath tubs. Rooms are well fitted out with usual 5* fixtures & fittings. Large comfortable beds, with quality bed linen & decent pillows, blackout curtains ensures a good night’s sleep.. One of the very best health clubs in any hotel worldwide always makes for fantastic gym sessions while the large swimming pool & sun deck afford relaxation post workouts. Breakfast spread is first class & always offers so much choice. Staff are always ever so cordial & most accommodating in every department. Every one of the team delivered guest-centric service. On this occasion, special thanks to Ms. Kanokwan Pewthong, Assistant Reservation Manager at Swissotel for helping link up my various hotel nights. Most appreciated. “Great Experience and Comfortable Stay”
I had a wonderful stay at Swissotel Ratchada. This was my second time staying in a 5-star hotel, and the experience was truly memorable. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a room with a nice view, which made my stay even better. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
