Selamat siang, Saya adlh tamu OTA via aplikasi Agoda dan saya ga paham bhw adanya perbedaan tower turut mempengaruhi tipe kamar namun pada kesempatan ini sy ingin berterima kasih kepada Mba *** (FO) yg telah membantu mengupgrade kamar sy yg tadinya di Tower 2 ke Tower 1 dengan alasan Tower 2 sedang maintenance, di kamar *** dengan view yg amazing menurut saya dan ini mood booster sy saat bekerja di kamar sembari melihat pemandangan pegunungan. Teruntuk manajemen Swiss Belinn Skw, sy melihat Mba *** punya potensi utk dpt menjadi FOM kelak krn dia pny problem solving yg baik, tutur kata yg ramah dan pelayanan yg diberikan sangat baik termasuk ketika sebelum jam check in, saya sudah tiba dan menitipkan tas dan atad inisiatif beliau, tas sy dimasukkan ke luggage storage. Saya pribadi merasa sangat terbantu dengan pelayanan yg diberikan oleh beliau (03 Sept 2025). Hal ini sgt kontras dgn staff FDA lainnya (sy kurang tau namanya) pada saat sy sarapan pagi di hari sy check out (06 Sept 2025) sy menitipkan tas/koper dengan maksud supaya pada saat jam check out (rencana check out jam 11.30) sy tidak kesulitan membawa barang bawaan tp tas/koper sy dibiarkan tergeletak di samping meja FO tanpa adanya inisiatif dr FDA in charge utk dimasukkan sementara ke luggage storage. Dr sini saha seharusnya pihak manajemen sudah bisa mengambil kesimpulan FDA mana yg memiliki problem solving yg disertai excellent service. Sy menyampaikan ini bukan maksud utk menjatuhkan siapapun hny saja utk evaluasi dan pihak manajemen memberikan reward yg sudah seharusnya diterima oleh pihak yg berhak utk menerimanya. Dan satu hal lg, sy sampaikan ini secara objektif bukan subjektif karena sy betul² tidak mengenal Mba Devi ataupun FDA yg in charge saat hari dimana sy check out. Utk properti sendiri ada bbrp masukkan utk manajemen yaitu : 1. Kamar *** - Tidak adanya nomor extention yg tercantum di kamar sehingga bingung bilamana mau hubungi FO, Resto ataupun HK. - Lantai kamar mandi sangat licin bilamana dlm kondisi basah, ini perlu menjadi perhatiannya. Ini sgt berbahaya bagi anak kecil atau lansia. Sy bisa berkata demikian karena sudah hampir 3x terpeleset secara ga sengaja. 2. Kamar *** - Kamar lebih luar drpd kamar *** dan dilengkapi dengan balkon. - TV agak susah cari channelnya. - Ada bbrp spot yg kurang rapi pengerjaannya spt cover lampu yg tidak tertutup rapat (foto terlampir) - Head showernya juga sering lepas, kemarin sempat lepas namun sy sambungkan kembali. But overall Swiss Belinn Skw sgt direkomendasikan buat siapapun yg ingin staycation bersama keluarga karena sgt dekat dengan kuliner dan pusat perbelanjaan. Maaf tak bermaksud rewel namun semua tidak lebih agar Swiss Belinn menjadi hotel yg lebih baik lagi dr waktu ke waktu. Sukses selalu Swiss Belinn Skw.
