6 minutes scooter from the beach 15k idr gojek from sunset on the beach, or 15 minutes walk. Rooms are small to medium unless you upgrade which will offer a large setting inc lounge, surrounded by good restaurants and there are two night clubs in direct proximity, making 3 nights a week very noisy for half the rooms, though there is a quiet side to the building. Nice views on the quiet side, ok views for the rest, which will be unbearable noisy on club nights until 3am so make plans or change to paddy view on those nights and it's fine. The pool is nice the gym is unbreathable due to what smells like mould, and home gym level treadmill multi purpose weight set, the air con will not be in probably because no one can really use it as at 21/7/24. Can't see the mould, probably in the carpet. The breakfast areas are nice to eat from and the fruit is nice the breads are too the cakes are hit and miss but look good same with the hot food offerings, there's a bit of salads and a range of drinks, and a fresh egg cooking station. it's all Indonesian style, never any pork option, and clean mostly well stocked with reliable staffing. There's multiple lifts and multiple stairwells, i think 4 in total spread out, so access is convenient, i think every room has a balcony and decent size bathroom for two, small tv for it's size, good wifi, great lighting options, some rooms seam freshly painted thigh my first room was mould across the whole roof that may have been scraped off or just developing probably had a leak or left closed for a long time in heat moisture. The 4 mattress i experienced so far are past ready to replace, not flat anymore. But the pillows and blankets and sheets are all good quality for sleeping. Floor boards throughout the room and the curtains are thick and the room is almost light blocked which is good being facing east and west. The reception is small but functional and the staff move things quite well, guys 10 cars in total in the driveway and car park fits any 5 cars and 15 bikes but i think you can make a deal with the neighbors for parking if your savvy like that. But if you've a big crew many cars, call ahead. Rarely seen European or African or western continent but it feels everyone is welcome. Some families and mostly couples and groups that I've seen, in the small amounts of time I've spent in the communal areas there's a restaurant attached, that doesn't nearly compete with the great food nearby and i think the owners of the building could really tap into the food culture of seminyak, although if they did, it could make it harder for the hotel to receive room service. The food is safe and OK and well presented and medium price. They'll take orders until 10pm. Like many places in bali they have ants, only the micro almost invisible ones and they are inconspicuous but you can't leave even a spec of food babar they are in constance with each room, in my opinion i see them all the time in crevices but unlike other places, they don't much come into my bed or places of sitting. Geckos are seen here but not heard, management must have a deal with the geckos, never nor heard geckos in bali except for here. I'd say check your room first. Before settling in. Get the paddy side unless your out or up late on party nights and the price reflects the hotel, possibly the cheaper of its size and convenience and location combined, by the service goes a long way. The staff communicate well and get the job done. Well staffed reliable commitment to customers. I enjoy my current room and it's view and all else at this price. Bigger gym and commercial level equipment, safe breathing air in the gym and clean the mouldy rooms out and replace mattresses and this place would be in my opinion able to score allot more, bigger tvs and enhance food options and results and it's going to make it hard to leave. Been here 2 weeks so far, and there's no real reason to leave.

This hotel is clean and located in center of seminyak.The room is spacious with padi's field view from balcony.What make me a bit upset is during our stay 31 dec to 5th of january,the water in front of our hotel always stagnates though it is not a rainy day. The staffs are very helpful.My suggestion if you wanna go to airport better book online rather than use hotels driver recommendation as cheaper and save money.The morning buffet was good with many option to choose but i suggest make more variation on bread menu's.

I am totally satisfied of the welcoming and humble care by the hotel staffs. The room is clean, love the pool and the rice paddy field. I often forget that the hotel is located in the central of dense vehicles due to it has good air quality. I also love the breakfast menu. Awesome!
