"Arrived at 5:30am, however was unable to check in until the advertised check in time of 1pm. This was because the rooms had been so recently renovated that it was still being finished. No issue as staff allowed me to store my luggage and have a nap in their beautiful enclosed terrace - a great spot to watch the sun rise! All staff members were extremely accommodating. Breakfast served on the terrace had wide variety and was delicious. Great space for meeting other travellers. Located in the heart of Sultanahmet, making it very easy to explore Istanbul. As the first guest in a newly renovated room, of course it was extremely clean and comfortable. Staying in a double room with TV, private bathroom and couch this place felt more like a 3-star hotel than a hostel. Great value for money! Can book tours, shuttle buses etc all through reception. I missed my flight and staff kept me company and helped me to rebook - we were all able to have a laugh about it which destressed me a lot! Highly recommended. "
