The apartment wa s very clean and spacious and has enough space for meetings with friends in the living area if you have business meetings you want to have. They have a simple breakfast that you can buy as well if you're in a rush for time. Affordable price, simple food.

Located in the trendy Mont Kiara neighborhood, the Hyatt House is perfect whether you’re on business or with your family. The staff is awesome: helpful, friendly and very professional. The amenities in the rooms are top of the line. There are very good grocery stores around (Jaya, Green Grocer), restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, etc.
I really have a bad experience on this homestay, if I pay for the price of 100,i accept everything, but first day I stay at other place, almost 200,everything is so great, and I always travel kl for business, but this time, I pay with the price more higher, somemore charges extra 50 for clean charges, but what I get is totally can't accepted Sofa damage till like tha...
stayed here for a week and had no complains whatsoever. Self contained complex with all the shops you would ever need without travelling out of Publika. Plenty of good solid food options too! Will definitely be back!
