Good location but worse customer service”

The house located in old housing area, house is renovated but probably 2-3 years ago. Alot of huge watermark on walls and mold smell. The agent very impolite ans kept asking us out checkout time (they wanted to do cleaning before 12pm). When we asked why the floor is sticky, agent replied they already clean and cannot do anything if still dirty.We stayed 2 nights, second day morning the autogate is locked and we couldn't get out from house. We called the agent and he said already told us shouldn't turn off the switch inside. The fact is he didn't mention at all and we didn't turn off any switch. We gave up argue with the young agent who know nothing on customer service. The worse is the place full of mosquitos that you can kill one in every minute. We can't wait to leave the house. We will not stay this place for second time as we are ipoh locals and know the price worth for better accommodation.
