Not suitable for people with lots of luggage and the elderly since using stairs is the only way to reach the rooms. But I was travelling light so it wasn't an issue. The room was clean and the water pressure is strong. Overall, it was a comfortable place, simple and affordable for a simple stay. Just don't expect the luxuries of staying in a hotel like minibar, complimentary tea/coffee, toothbrush, etc. There's a private bathroom, TV and free Wi-Fi. What more can you ask for when it's about RM70 per night? For those who complain about the lack of facilities, I think they forgot how much they're paying. No deposit required, just leave the keys at the counter for check out.
