I was able to spend precious moments with my family without worrying about time. Thank you very much.
I usually don't write reviews, but it was so terrible that I felt compelled to post this. Honestly, it was the worst experience I've ever had while staying anywhere. The main reason I chose this accommodation was because of the "private outdoor hot spring." However, upon arrival, no matter how long I waited, the hot water did not come. When I called the management company, they responded arrogantly right away, saying, "That can't be possible." They said they would come to check, but when I mentioned I had a meal reservation, they instead blamed me asking, "So what are you going to do?" That should have been my response. When I returned after dinner, a male staff member came, but he didn't provide any explanations, and it seemed like he was just mumbling to himself. Even when I tried to speak to him, there was no response, and I was filled with nothing but anxiety, not understanding the situation. He just fiddled with the water heater and faucet, but nothing was fixed, and he spent his time communicating with someone on his smartphone. Finally, the hot water did come, but the water pressure was abnormally weak, and it took over two hours for the outdoor hot spring to fill. Moreover, while it was filling, the water pressure in the kitchen, washbasin, and shower was nearly useless, and my family had to keep turning off the outdoor hot spring every time someone needed to use the facilities. After about an hour, I went to check if the hot water had filled up, and to my surprise, the hot water had turned to cold water, and the tub had also cooled down. I had to turn the water heater back on multiple times before the hot water finally returned. I was taken aback at how much effort it took just to take a proper bath. Additionally, while bathing, the hot water gradually decreased, and despite checking the drain multiple times, there was no improvement, making it impossible to relax. On top of that, there were only two chairs in the room for four people. The other two had no choice but to sit on the futons as cushions. They didn't even have basic facilities in place. And then the next morning, something even more unbelievable happened. After spending over two hours filling the outdoor hot spring with water, just when I was finally about to shower, the water pressure was so low that not a single drop of hot water came out, and there was no water from the washbasin either. My parents were lamenting that they couldn’t even wash their faces. I was filled with anger from the morning. I had booked this place as a memorable trip for my parents, but in the end, we couldn't enjoy it at all; it honestly just became a place to sleep. The photos may look great, but the reality is completely different. My parents also said, "The hotel from yesterday was the best," and I truly regret choosing this place.
I was taken to a completely different room than what I had reserved. I understood that it was a misprint on the booking site's part, but when I inquired, I was just told to "contact the platform yourself" and that "we are not at fault." They insisted that if I wanted to stay in the room as advertised, I would have to pay an additional fee. The response of avoiding responsibility without even confirming the situation in which the customer was struggling is unbelievable for a service industry. Despite the high accommodation fees, the guidance and hospitality were lacking, and I completely lost the experience I was aiming for due to the misprint. Although the scenery and buildings were nice, the low quality of service response is very disappointing. Unless improvements are made, I will not revisit. This was my first time on Sesoko Island, and I feel very disappointed.
When using the shower, the water didn't come out for a long time (every day).

“The best place to be with children.”
The bed was spacious enough for me and my two kids, and there were no bugs since it was December. The outdoor bath is small, but it's easy to control the water temperature, and it was warm enough, making it nice to bathe privately while feeling the outdoor breeze. There were no issues with cooking, and although I booked this accommodation in a hurry at the end of the year, the price was a bit high. However, I recommend it as it is a rare ryokan-type accommodation in Okinawa.
