Best hotels & accommodations in Bangkok

I visit Bangkok at least 4 times a year, this time I have been here for extended periods of a few weeks at a time. After switching between many hotels and serviced apartments, I've finally found my home in Bangkok. The Studio is extremely spacious and comfy and clean, with a washer/dryer. The staff are all amazing, from the Front Desk to the Housekeeping and the Guard ...

This is without a doubt the nicest serviced apartment I've seen in Bangkok for the price. It's a little bit removed from the bustling city center, so it's quiet and calm, but being located right near the skytrain, it's easy to get around if need be. The immediate neighborhood is a little bland, without much of a selection of restaurants or entertainment options, but So...

The serviced apartment units are clean & new. Staffs were polite, attentive & helpful. Great for a relaxed trip with the hotel having its own massage center with affordable price. Great restaurants are nearby as well, and also walking distance to convenient store & a 24-hour supermarket for groceries if you need it. A nice shopping center is within walking distance as ...

the aetas residence is a quite new serviced apartment hotel located approx. 5 min. walk from ploenchit bts station. as it is located on a nice residential street the only downside can be the wait for a taxi during rush hour and in the early morning or late night. apart from this the aetas is one of the best residences in this price range with very spacious, well equipp...

First time staying in Serviced Apartment in business area like Thonglor, We booked Studio Hot Deal which room size is comfortable enough, The room was completely clean and also provided all necessary stuffs to use in everyday life such as microwave, kitchen-wares, large-size refrigerator and washing machine. Nice design interior and overall building. The swimming pool ...

For years i have been a regular at the citadines around Sukvit area.. 23 is one of my favourites or 11... Good clean serviced apartments, used to be very new, now about 80%, managed by the Ascot group of hotels and apartments so generally well maintained and run. Beds are on the firm side like most of asia, and this price bracket is getting competitive eg Best West...

this property is a very stylish serviced apartment in a convenient but silent location off the sukhumvit road. it is 2-3 min walk to chit lom station. there is a convenience store in front of this property, and there are not so many but some nice chinese and western restaurants on the soi where the property is located. the reception is very efficient and attentive. ...

Abloom is the best serviced apartment in BKK. It's neat Sanam Pao BTS but most importantly the service staff are excellent and the help they provide are simply the best. Although the apartements might need a little upgrading due to their age, there's nothing the staff can't fix or help with. Abloom reception staff, their cleaning staff and even their managers are well-...

The Citadines Apartment Hotel in Suhkumvit Soi 11 in Bangkok is a recently built, very modern Hotel. The apartments offer everything you will ever need during your stay in Bangkok and contain a kitchenette, so that you could easily prepare your own cup of coffee in the morning, fry your own breakfast egg and even heat up some fast food in the microwave. You can even br...

For the price, you couldn't do better in Bangkok I expect. It's more a serviced apartment than hotel as the name suggests. It was a stopover before flying out and our baby was a little unwell so we had to stay inside, which would normally be a nightmare, but the size of the suite made it comfortable to be stuck inside and invite people over while the baby rested in t...

Service apartment in the hotel and it is but people will like. But I feel like Stay here a lot. Is quiet good. Because in the alleys. More like a quiet night. And it has rooms full of equipment and all. Air is very cold room, it was delicious food, wide room was okay, if of reasonable size is fully equipped. A kettle, tea, coffee and cable sports channels True. Free in...

This was a beautiful serviced apartment. So we got to use washing machine and have space for our whole family. There is no cleaning service but staff was helpful and offered breakfast brought to the room! It was a great stay close to the BTS station and Starbucks:)

Stop searching and stay here! We ended up being upgraded our first night to the premier suite and liked it so much that we booked the following 5 days in that suite. Even though breakfast isn't included and it's a bit far from other things, there's a free shuttle to the main shopping center nearby and the BTS station that goes out every 30 mins! The place is impecably ...

Beautiful serviced apartments. Really love this place. It just oozes comfort & luxury. Not sure what they use in their walls and windows but I never heard a sound during my whole stay even though there was construction next door. Smart designed apartments. Curtains block out 99.9% of sunlight. Every fitting and fixture is solid & luxurious. The bath tub is probably the...

Our Second time My husband & I stayed at The Sunreno when we had a holiday in Bangkok. Excellent Location just opposite to Asiatique ( Worth for money ) , Spacious room + Clean , " LEK & The Man Receptionist ( work night shift ) " both are Professional Receptionist..... has a great " SMILE + SMILE " + Welcome + Polite + Help us. Highly Recommended ...

First time booking a serviced apartment stay in bangkok as my friends prefer we stayed together. I travel 3x to bangkok each year and I have to say this is one of the better accom I have experienced. Check in staff was very helpful and had a good command of English. The negative reviews only made up very scared before our arrival but our room 412A was very clean, newly...

We have 3 children under 4 so prefer serviced apartments to hotels as we are able to relax in the living area once the children have gone to bed. The well equipped kitchen area meant we were easily able to cater for them - and their erratic feeding times - without incurring room service charges. There's also a minimart on site which sells milk, cereal and the like, whi...

It was the first time using this hotel and i made a few mistakes with my bookings, but the Agoda staff took it in their stride with no problems so that was great. The hotel is more serviced apartments but for the price i thought it great value for money. The room was large enough for me with privacy when i had a friend with me, i will use again and have already referre...

We were really pleased we booked this hotel during our stopover on route to Vietnam. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. They even upgraded us to a bigger room as we were travelling with our two children. Location is perfect to the airport. About a 10 minute transfer. The shuttle bus was efficient! The food in the restaurant was actually one of the best...

I don't normally write reviews on websites, but this was my first trip solo and I relied heavily on other's reviews! If your prime aim during your stay in Bangkok is to check out the shopping malls then this is the best location. It is a couple of minutes walk to National Stadium BTS which also has a sky-walk linking up to 2 of the largest malls. This means that even i...

I have stayed at Centrepoint Saladaeng 6-7 times.So...it tells quite much. When you stay there, you feel that you have apartment in Bangkok, not hotelroom. It really feels like home. You have everything in your apartment what you need. The staff is polite and friendly and honest.I forgot once my safetybox open when I left fr room, there was quite much money...i can guess ...

By far one of the best places I stayed in Thailand. I had a king apartment- it was so clean, pretty and lovely. Staff were very friendly especially the guy on the front desk who checked me in. Convenient and close to DMK airport where I needed to be (10-15 min drive). 24 hour coffee chill place downstairs - they throw a bit of breakie and toast in the morning also. Fr...

Booked a family room for 5 nights, spacious and clean room for family, all staff were attentive to our needs. Hotel is located in quite environment, 2 minutes walking to BTS Saladaenh and shopping plaza, surely will book again on my next visit to bangkok!

Perhaps one of the most central location in Bangkok Central, very near to the highway leading back to both Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi Airport. Mostly occupied by long stay guests but I try to book a room in advance as I appreciate the perks of a fully serviced apartment located in the quieter part of Sukhumvit. Absolutely wonderful friendly and helpful staff.. just as...

Every staff that I met in this hotel is very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping lady who cleaned my room is ultra helpful. When I asked for an iron and ironing board, she brought it into my room and helped me set it up, all in less than 5 minutes after making a call to the reception. When I was leaving the hotel on the first day to attend a function, it was raining...

Enjoyed only one night as we passed through Bangkok on our way to the beaches of Thailand. Affordable service apartment with good size rooms and kitchens that will work for tourists or business travelers who stay more than a few days in Bangkok. Breakfast is not great, but there is a Coffee Bean downstairs next to the lobby and plenty of good clean restaurants along th...

What a lovely place. It's in an ideal location and the rooms are a generous size. We had originally booked for a week and were going to use the apartment as a base to decide where else we could stay in Bangkok during the 2.5 months we are here. However after just three days we decided to book the rest of our stay here at Sabai Sathorn. When we are in Bangkok we will de...

this was the last stop in our trip that included phuket and bali. we were in bangkok earlier but stayed near the skytrain. the location is great because its only about a 10-15 min walk to khao san road. ksr and it's adjacent streets were so much damn fun. just the people watching , the food and the smiles. the hostel itself was great. friendly staff that seem to never ...

I stayed here first with my partner. We booked a suite with a bathtub! Absolutely worth the cost. My partner then left the country, but I had to stay a couple extra days for a meeting. I stayed in the dorms. They were clean and comfortable. The hostel has a very mellow vibe, and both owners are low-key and friendly. The place is very homey. The location is fantastic, a...

Really spacious rooms in the Bangkapi area for a really great price. Very clean and well maintained. Short walk to 7-Eleven and some street food. You may be worried about the location but you can take the Khlong boats into Bangkok central for just 18 Baht, so it's not such an issue staying so far from the action. Plus it's an experience in itself.

For the price, you couldn't do better in Bangkok I expect. It's more a serviced apartment than hotel as the name suggests. This hotel is a little way from all the 7/11s and hustle and bustle of Bangkok. There is a little shop that sells authentic Thai food just across the street at prices that the Thai people pay. there's a swimming pool although I never had time to use it. There's a Thai style convenient store 150 meters up the street if you need a Pepsi or something. I liked it here beca...

Single room is very good value for money. WiFi, Air-con, fridge, hot-water kettle, hot-water shower, TV w/ English channels, all worked perfectly. Liked how the bathroom is done in Western style with bathtub and shower curtain, so you don't soak the floor when showering as in the Asian-style bathrooms that are typical of hotels in this price range in Thailand. The his...

This is similar to a service apartment with full fledged hotel facilities like housekeeper, gymnasium, swimming pool, and a reception. Reception is generally responsive and able to answer queries. It is located fairly deep in the street and is about a 15-minute walk from Sutthisan or Hway Kwang MRT Stations. A motorcycle taxi from the MRT Station will cost around 20 ba...

I did not stay in this hotel, but my brother did. He said his room was very comfortable and perfectly located in the best tourist destinations in Bangkok. I never regreted booking him in this hotel. OK-Home Airport Apartment, thanks for making mg brother's stay a memorable one. I'll be booking this hotel for my family sometime soon :)

My wife and I stay at this hotel frequently when visiting Bangkok because it is great value for money and is conveniently located. For a basic Thai-style hotel, it has an excellent price given its cleanliness and central proximity to Victory Monument, which has lots of shopping in the evenings and it very well connected to the rest of the city by BTS, bus and transit v...

Booked again with this nice little homestay. This time i was allowed early check in which is always nice. But there are extras to pay like laundry powder, towels, clean the room and late check out.Otherwise the staff very friendly and good security.5mins from Udom suk BTS by motorbike.Enjoy guys.

Sea of Love Mansion is a local residence apartment. It's definitely worth the money spent on for its big room size with balcony and daily housekeeping. The only downside was WiFi is charged for 100 THB per username which valid for 24 hours after first log in and must requested from reception counter. Other than that, we have no complaints. The nearest 7/11 is within wa...

Booked the two room apartment for just over £20 a night (10 nights). Good aircon and good size TVs with a few English channels. Bed comfortable, king size. Residence is not for the general tourist or inexperienced traveller in Bangkok, due to its location and limited facilities. However for the experienced travel it's a great and would recommend the two room apartment...

great place to stay for a traveler on a budget or someone in bangkok for a long time as they do a very reasonable monthly rate. being a serviced apartment rather than a hotel you do not get all the services you would in a hotel but i defiantly have no complaints

Very nice clean and large rooms at an affordable price. Staff is very helpful and will try their best to accommodate your requests. The evening staff is not very fluent in english, so be patient while explaining/requesting things. Location is good, with a 7/11 at the corner, the major markets and some malls only a few kilometers away (keep in mind the heavy traffic j...

Be sure to determine exactly where the hotel is located and to tell your taxi driver the complete address if you plan to stay here. Once we arrived the service was amazing from the start! As this hotel is farther from the center of Bangkok, fewer people speak English, however there were many hands willing to help us order food and to do laundry. The available services ...

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Hotel staff picked us up at the airport and transported us for free to the hotel in just around 10 minutes. Staff accommodated our special request - that for a room facing the pool - without extra charge and made sure we got the twin beds and non-smoking room that we requested although we booked online at a discounted price. No...

Check in took a bit too long with receptionist having to find Agoda booking and do various things on computer....but I have come to expect this in Thailand, just relax! Room was clean but overall hotel is starting to show signs of wear.....if addressed now could be resolved. Lovely pool area but you have to pay to use it. While this can be a bit annoying it usually ens...

It's a perfect solution for a quick stopover from the Airport, the place is brand new and rates are incredibly cheap for thr service offered. English speaking lady at the front desk arranged for us a very early morning taxi to airport (4 AM) which was there in time. Free water and snacks in room, free coffee at reception, spacious and clean room with brand new furnit...

Excellent stay! Perfect for 1 night in Bangkok when travelling further on and needing to stay close to the airport. Just 200 Baht & only 20 mins in no traffic, 30 in light/mild traffic from BKK. For the low price I wasn't expecting much so I was pleased by the large double bed, sizeable room and bathroom. Very clean & comfy stay & within walkin distance to a few restau...

From the airport, we took taxi cab to head us to the hotel. We were surprised with its huge accommodation. Our room has more than enough space for living room, dinning table, bathroom and twin size bedroom. What surprised us is their complementary snacks and drinks. We really had a great stay at Panasat Villa. Thanks to Ma'am Joy who is so accommodating.

I have been returning to this property for some time now on my trips to Thailand. For the money there is hardly a better deal in Bangkok that I know of. I like the proximity to the Bang Kapi Mall, Foodland and Big C in Bang Kapi. Up and down Soi Ladprao that the residence sits on are plenty of dining options from cheap to upscale. Taxis are also easy to catch to anywhe...

I stayed in this hotel for a few days and are very happy with it. The room has a very high standard, it feels like a 4-star hotel, at a 3-star price level. The hotel has 2 very cute cats, the neighbour has 2 dogs, and there are lots of trees and plants in the quiet small alley - it feels like an oasis in the middle of Bangkok. Staff are very professional and friendly...

I've been in and around Asia for 20 years, and I've been in countless transit hotels and guest houses, so I don't get impressed easily or often. This place was a find, I rushed to book the same place on my way back. It's a transit hotel, so it has a very specific job description. Be easy, accessible, cheap and comfortable, because we just need to make the flight. 48 V...

Stay 2015-12-26 to 2016-01-03; 1-bedroom suite, room 1603. I booked a 1-bedroom suite last December and liked the hotel a lot for its location, amenities, cleanliness and overall value. This year I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite so I appreciate it even more! Also, the 6th floor restaurant seems to have undergone some minor renovations; it's a bright, pleasant place ...

This was a very nice hotel (serviced apartments) in a great location. The rooms were large and well stocked with fruit, toiletries and complimentary bottled water. I have stayed in many different apartments in bangkok and Somerset Park is one of the best in this price range. free upgraded to executive room upon arrival. very warm and helpful reception service and staff. room services are also quick and up to standard. washroom and toilet facilities are clean and tidy. the pillows are a little bit too soft. overall speaking, a great but valued for money serviced apartment in bangkok.

This is really a great place to stay. Though it is quite far in Soi 39, they do provide a shuttle service to Phrom Phrong BTS station. If not, it is about a 15 minute walk to the train station. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit and it was huge! Though furniture was old, it was in good condition and the apartment was clean. They provide you with loads of snacks like packets...

I stayed here with my extended Thai and American families. The location is absolutely ideal for someone out of town coming to visit Bangkok. The rooms are extremely spacious, and each of t...

For our last couple of days we were looking for a more luxurious place to stay in Bangkok. Friends recommended the more upclass and trendy neighbourhood Ari. This was our sixth visit to this hotel and yet again we were very happy with our stay resulting in this new review and upping from a 4 star rating to 5 star. In a residential area not far from the Sukhumvit commercial area in Central Bankok. Very convenient also for being an apartment with laundry and cooking facilities built in, but renatble ofor a few days like a hotel. Nice, accomodating staff, too.

The serviced apartment is quite brand new no matter in terms of general outlook and room facilities. The studio-type room provides flat LCD TV, toaster, microwave and wireless router for Internet. Staff are friendly and can speak good English (not like the negative comments mentioned here before). However, the TV channels provided are too limited (no BBC, CNN, or ...

From the minute you drive up/walk up to the entrance the great customer service starts. The rooms are clean and comfy! TV is big and the room management system to cool too. Most definitely recommend and definitely stay again and again....less something changes.

Recentty enjoyed a stay here and couldn't be happier. I have stayed at a number of "serviced" apartments in BKK before and this is the best yet! I sepecially enjoyed the super fine (650 thread count) sheets and pillows! The...

This is my preferred Bangkok accommodation, having stayed here on probably ten or more occasions over the past few years. . It has a great location, just a short 400 m leisurely walk to the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit Road - or alternatively, a leisurely drive on the every 1/2 hour complimentary hotel service tuk tuk. And once you get to Sukhumvit Road you can avai...

I used to stay at the Okura Prestige. Their deferred maintenance of the rooms and the overall layout left a lot to be desired. So when I came back to BKK, I decided to book near trendy Thonglor at this hotel. The hotel is situated basically at the entrance of a small quiet Soi that almost dead ends into Thonglor. You can can walk to the end and through to Thonglor via...

We stayed for 3 nights and had an excellent experience while staying at Marriott Executive Apartments. All the employees were extremely helpful and smiling faces made our day. The Marriott Service apartments are just a great quality facilities for teh business man or a family passing thru or visisting Bangkok and wants to feel at Home but in a Hotel quality. This is a perfect business hotel with good service and well maintain standards of Marriott group. Traveler impressions of Bangkok
Bangkok is a huge city and there are a lot of landmarks that are a must see: grand palace, wats (budhist temples), markets,.
I love Bangkok, SPA and shopping are very nice! But the taxi drivers are really disappointed... Though we can meet 1-2 good driver.
Bangkok is a capital City in Thailand .Normal Situation when Traffic Jam.There are many Shopping Center in Bangkok.
One of the capital city that travelers would visit. there are a variety of activity to do here such as shopping, sight seeing on Thai culture, night life, etc.
Bangkok is indeed vast and it really takes more than 5 nights to explore Bangkok. There are many attractions to go to.
Nice place cheap shopping for clothes but the downside is many Thais don't know how to speak and understand the English language.
Places must visit: Safari world. Try to limit walking under sunshine as Bangkok is always sunny and not so good for human skin.
Despite the crowds, local people are extremely friendly and courteous. The food is sensational and very reasonable.
Bangkok need a better clean air plan to improve daily smoke from daily bus transportation to Tuk Tuk (a small tricycle motors cap).
SE Asian jewel. Fantastic culture and people. Great fun after dark. A foodie heaven ! For the missus: shop 'til you drop.
Is a hot sunny place. Recommended to wear anything loose with not too thick material. If you are not into street stalls, Bangkok has good, clean foodcourts at shopping centers but food dishes are quite sweet though.
A city that's very "tourist orientated" if you are not local then you are bound to be over charged one way or another but still a great place to go.
I ALWAYS GO TO BANGKOK EVERY YEAR BECAUSE I ENJOY THE FOOD, SHOPPING AND PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY. STREET FOOD IS A MUST TRY BEC IT IS CLEAN AND DELICIOUS!
what a diverse place and so big you can spend weeks and not see all. ChatuChak markets to all the different shopping and dining areas great place
A lively city and with good transportation consisting of MRT and BTS networks. Locals are friendly and most are able to speak English.
I would certainly recommend visiting Wat Arun, Wat Traimin and Wat Pho with the reclining buddha. Take the expressboat over the river to get to any location easier and faster than over the road with a taxi.
No one speaks english well, and 99% do not speak it at all. Very hot and crowded, smoky. Transportation bad, liked the train though.
friendly thai people, good food, cheap shopping, massages attracts me to return every once in a while
I like the city as it is easily accessible via Skytrain and subway. Just that you need to prepare yourself to be squeezed in the Skytrain, but after awhile, you will get used to it.
Bangkok is a busy city... Not really relaxing. However there are a lot of things to do, see and experience!
Amazing Shopping paradise and foods. Easily accessible to most grand shopping malls and temples. Great traditional massage parlours and friendly Thai people around.
A buzzing, frenetic city. Brilliant transport around the city. Great shopping, markets and street food!
People are friendly.Nice food, easy to move with BTS Sky train and MRT and alot of good shopping mall
nice city, have manny shopping center with low price, good food,,transportation is good with sky train(BTS,MRT)
Amazing place for nightlife and shopping. The price for everything here is reasonable. Japanese food, culture and comic is developed here as well.
Bangkok is really a shopping haven. Cheap and some are good quality. Try to take BTS or MRT which is very convenient to go anywhere.
Bangkok is like a second home to me. I will always fly there every chance I get. I think this beautiful city is underrated.
Amazing city. Everything you are looking for you can find it here, prob even things you don't know that you want just yet.
A wonderful array of activities. Do lots of research before you go so you don't miss out on anything.
I have been to Bangkok 8 times now and done completely different things every time. An ever growing and changing city that still offers a look into another time.
