    Good Service and Hotel! ”

    Mr Suha was very hospitable and although we are the only guests in the hotel during this period, he still took good care of us. From giving us a complimentary wine, to giving us the full service of mealtime at the restaurant Definitely will return to stay again if I am back in Finland. Thank you so much for the awesome experience.

    Not worth the money ”

    Stayed for 2 nights and had stayed at the premium igloo without the sauna. The room was cosy, but we had 2 rooms for 8 people. One room had 2 radiators whilst the other had none. They didn't have a spare one too which made it even more concerning because it was -16c during the day and -20 at night. Safe to say it was cold. The bed room with the igloo glass display on our first morning was cleaned but not the additional room. The staff were not at all accommodating and not as friendly. Facilities and food was also quite bad.....and the space was very dated. For the amount you pay.....its probably better to stay in the city rather and drive up to Santa's village rather than pay a silly amount of money for bad service and poor facilities. Will not be coming back

    Once in a life time ”

    Nice glass igloos hotel but too pricy! Good location to Santa Clause Village! Check in time is 4pm which is not good when people pay so much for a hotel room! Free transfer needs to books week a go which is not transparent to customers. At least free bus ticket to airport and city with porter service to bus station where is 200m outside hotel in such snowy days!
