The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to ERL Salak Tinggi transportation, Mitsui Outlet Park and eateries. Friendly staff and shuttle service to the airport have been praised by many guests, making it a great budget option for those travelling through KLIA.
The hotel is in poor condition with moldy air conditioning and dirty bedding. Non-functional amenities like the clogged toilet and lack of toiletries are a major turn off. The small, smelly, and dirty rooms make it unsuitable for longer stays, especially with young children.

Stayed at the hotel because I need to send my mother to the airport early in the morning and as it is one of the budget friendly hotels close to the airport, we had stayed there multiple times. However this time around we got a room on the first floor and the condition was poorer when compared to the ground floor room that we were used to. The towel hanging rack was rusty and the ceiling of both the room and bathroom was showing signs of water spots. The towels and sheets itself were not properly cleaned as there were some stains left behind probably from the rusted towel rack. Hopefully, the hotel will improve on the complaints.

Book sebab nak dekat with erl salak tinggi and just for short stay. Memang murah tak dinafikan but cleanliness tak memuaskan. Katil tu mmg sarung lama berbulu benang. Lantai pun kotor kalau nak pujak barefoot. Tandas okay la ada air panasss tapi bumbung takut tengok like stain bocor banyak gila. Ada cermin besar which is good for girls to bersiap. Bilik kecik tapi kita faham sbb bayar murah je tapi tak bersih tu yang tak suka. Staff yang jaga haritu okay and baikk. Kami banyak tanya soalan kat dia regarding parking. Safety kurang sikit sebab boleh lock hanya using auto lock. Takde lock manual from dalam if you're sleeping inside.
Extremely grateful to have an extra night provided by the front desk who working midnight shift (really sorry I forgotten your name) and the room is definitely in great condition and I have a wonderful rest. Definitely worth the value and excellent service provided by the front desk both midnighter and morning shift guy. You both were wonderful :)

The location is very convenient, just around a 10minute walk to the Salak Tinggi KLIA Transit station. If you have an early flight, the hotel also provides contact numbers for transport to the airport, which is helpful if you prefer not to walk to the ERL station. The surrounding area has plenty of food options, which is great. However, cleanliness in the room could be improved. I noticed some hair on the pillow and mattress, and the bedsheet seemed like it might not have been freshly changed. Hopefully, the housekeeping can pay a bit more attention in the future.
