The room is very clean! You can see Tokyo Skytree and Sensoji Temple directly from the room! It takes only half an hour to walk to Tokyo Skytree, and the hotel feels like it's inside Sensoji Temple. You can take a walk to Sensoji Temple every night! There are also many delicious food and drinks nearby! Superb! (PS: Don't go to the popular restaurant Miki... it's a trap...) The bed is very comfortable and you can drink delicious coffee for free every day at the hotel ☕️. You can also take various Pola skincare products for free! It is definitely the best accommodation choice for a trip to Tokyo!!

Stayed in a room with a view, and could see Tokyo Skytree and Sensoji Temple at night. Convenient location, very close to Tx Asakusa station. There's a 24-hour convenience store next door, and a 5-minute walk to Rox and a 24-hour Seiyu supermarket. It's also a 5-minute walk to Sensoji Temple, and there are many izakayas and Shin-Nakamise shopping street nearby. There's a Uniqlo and restaurants downstairs, it's unbeatable. The staff speaks multiple languages and is very friendly. Considering the location, room size, and view, the price is very reasonable. Will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Japan.

This hotel is situated in a very convenient area, close to the subway, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. You can easily see the Tokyo Skytree Tower from both the hotel and your guest room. The front desk staff are fluent in English and Mandarin, and all the staff are very polite and provide excellent service. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Tokyo! I highly recommend it!

Wow! Location is so exceptional! Deep in the cultural and historical areas. Steps from Sensoji Shrine, Nakamise-dori Street for cultural trinket shopping, locals, bars, & restaurants right outside your door! Yummy restaurants (including a hapanese style Genki), and UniGlo in the hotel building! Huge tax free shopping at Don Quiote open 24 hours steps away. Hotel seems newly renovated, clean, and very accommodating with p.j. provided, daily expresso machine in lobby. Beds are full sized by American standards. Room is just a larg LITTLE larger then most Tokyo hotels, still a little snug for 2 adults and 2 9 year olds. Staff is SO accommodating and pleasant. I forgot my wallet after check our, and was about 1 hour away at Tokyo Bay, and the manager called right away to let me know and made arrangements for delivery and pick up in my next hotel in Osaka. I would recommend for travelers without children, however overall wonderful experience. Mahalo!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Tokyo because Richmond Hotel is near three convenience stores, Uniqlo and GU (our favorite) for clothing essentials, Don Quijote that is open 24/7 for souvenir shopping, and many more! Aside from that, this hotel is just few steps away from Sensoji Temple and Nakamise Street. But the best part was the spectacular Skytree view from our room, especially in the evening. My toddler enjoyed our stay and we all had a good sleep for three nights because of the cleanliness and coziness of the room. Happy memories!
