GREAT staff!!! The room is clean with all the amenities. Friendly and careless staff although the language is a barrier. They will do their best to help you. The breakfast buffet is amazing except not much fruit or juices to select. Marive works at the receptions and she is extraordinary to help. I will definitely recomend this hotel to families and couples.

Sochi is one of the longest cities in the world, as I found out after arriving. It hugs the coastline for miles and miles and this hotel is nowhere near the centre. However it is in walking distance of the Olympic park along the Black Sea promenade which was quite nice. The hotel was close to the Olympic Stadium, however, there was no direct transport between the hotel and stadium. We had to walk 3km from hotel to stadium. The room was clean, but a bit too small.

Nice location with decent room for a few nights...no tea making facilities in room. For some reason i could not get the internet to work as logon needed a txt code to my telephone which refused to play the game.

Stayed at the hotel in November. Despite the cool weather in the room was warm. A heated floor. Rooms are spacious, with a balcony. The hotel has a very friendly staff. However, as it was low season, the hotel restaurant was not working. Since Lazarevskoye is a small village it is possible to say that the hotel is located near the sea and the main entertainment.

I enjoyed staying here for my first trip to Russia. The manager and staff were very helpful. I came for the Grand Prix, and it was a perfect location to get to, only 12 minutes by train. I will come back.

Staff are really helpful. Only few drawbacks like no card payment for the hotel bill payment, made me to pay full amount in cash itself. The phone network coverage is very low, so it would have been good if the hotel had provided WIFI access for their customers.

We book free hotel airport pick up at 1am. but our flight was 1hr. delay. After we landed I called to the hotel and they arrange a new airport pick up for us at 2am. Staff are well trained and willing to help. Breakfast is good enough. I saw many cabin crew stayed here. There is a grocery store opposite the hotel where you can find anything to eat.

This is the place to choose for location - right on the edge of the trail. Rooms are beautiful, breakfast buffet is epic, staff speaks English and was very helpful.
