The room is clean and well equipped. The best thing is the location of this hotel. It is just 10 mins walking to Nation Geographic visitor centre which you can book pink Jeep tour or buy park pass. And buy souvenirs. And you can take the free Park shuttle bus to Grand Canyon which just in front of the hotel . Very good location and will recommend to anyone who did not self-drive

Moved over after dissatisfaction with place we originally booked. Booking through Agoda definitely saved us money over other sites and hotel website. We used Agoda extensively throughout SE Asia last year, but this was the first time in NA, so were initially curious to see how it would go. No problems at all . Check in was seamless. We got the basic double queen room and were very pleased with the room. Very spacious and comfortable ,BIG bathroom. We have two large suitcases and there was plenty of room to open them up without constantly tripping over them. Had an initial issue with the small fridge and maintenance was there with a replacement in 15 minutes. Stored our golf bags downstairs, and access was quick and easy. Complimentary valet was super. Ate at a couple of restaurants and food was good and reasonably priced. Only complaint would be that the casino was quite Smokey from cigarettes, but that is kind of the price you have to pay if you want to gamble. Definitely go back!

We are returning to Tucson and unfortunately The Viscount was all booked up. It saddens me that we are not able to stay here in a couple of months. I highly recommend this hotel. It has all the amenities, clean rooms and the continental breakfast is hot and delicious, they even have a chef to prepare your omelets. The beds are comfortable and so is the sofa. We enjoyed our stay there at The Viscount.

The Clarendon is post-modern style. Very clean, good location, with a friendly and helpful staff--but: Prepaid room rate did not include a $22.51 "resort fee", which was NOT clearly stated anywhere. After diligent searching I found it listed on the confirmation, but, again, I had to look for it. I also was charged a $10 parking fee which was not stated ANYWHERE. No coffee in the lobby--make coffee in a Keurig in the room or buy it at the in-house restaurant. If you want cream in your in-room coffee you have a choice of vanilla or hazelnut flavored creamers--or going down too the restaurant to ask for some unflavored regular cream. Bed was comfortable, bathroom small but adequate. there is an open patio on the roof that is pleasant to sit and look over the neighboring rooftops. the courtyard with pool is also nice.

The resort was far enough from the intense tourist bog down of uptown, yet close enough to dip in waist high and not feel rushed or crowded. My wife and I had a relaxing and carefree experience. The resort was extremely dog friendly and catered to our comfort and made us feel as though we had been long to patrons although it was our first time. Rooms were clean and accommodation well kept. The staff is very friendly yet not intrusive, this resort forces you to slow down and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Sedona scenery. I highly recommend Poco Diablo.

We recently stayed at the Omni at Montelucia the second week on March. Not knowing anything about the Pheonix/Scottsdale area, I researched dozens of properties looking for a property that would work well for our family (2 adults, 9 yo, 7 yo). There are a lot to choose from but because of the deal on the Omni, we ended up going with it. We are so happy we did! The property is beautiful, pictures on line don’t do it justice. We had a room in building 9 in the back side (single story). It had a yard area in the back that the kids would run around and play in. I read some reviews saying the buildings were forever apart...it was about a 3 minute walk to the main pool, so I guess those people don’t enjoy walking and enjoying a beautiful property. The resort has 2 pools, the main pool and an adults only pool. We spent time at the main pool. Again, loved it...no slides or anything crazy like that but put a kid in a pool and that’s all it takes. A great time and will be back!

We booked this room because our daughter had a liver transplant and we needed to be close to hospital after her release. Unfortunately she wasn't released but it was too late to cancel. So my husband stayed most nights and I one night. The room was a 2 room king suite. I thought the couch was a hideabed but when we removed cushions all we found was popcorn. Other than that room was very clean. We booked this hotel for daughters 3rd week but cancelled because even though room was nice (nice furniture, bed, etc) it didn't have a very homey feel to it. My husband described it as "HARD". Dark furniture,floor, heavy drapery etc. Also the bathroom was too far from bedroom (for our daughter to have gone) and there were only 2 light switches . Rest of lights were lamps you would have to go turn on. I would think a business man would love the room but not so much if you like "soft" homey rooms. We were looking from point of view for daughter couped up in room for week.

Had the best girls trip at this beautiful resort! The resort itself was absolutely stunning with a great vibe. The staff was amazing and made sure we had the best time. Special thanks to Nate, Owen, Benny and the bartenders at the Canal club. The food was delicious and especially loved the sunflower butter with bananas. Will definitely be coming back and staying here again in the future!

After a week of traveling around Arizona, we needed some place near the airport to crash before an early morning flight. Had never stayed at a GreenTree Inn, but the price was decent and the proximity to the airport was good. We didn't check in until around 9pm and had to be up before 5am. The employee at the front desk was helpful and friendly. When we mentioned needing to leave for the airport at 5am, she offered to have a grab and go breakfast bag ready for us in the morning. The room was ok--we were on the 4th floor and overlooked the pool. There was a group of teenage boys at the pool and making a lot of noise (it almost sounded like our window was open), so we were hoping we'd be able to get some sleep. The boys quieted down later and we got our few hours of sleep. The beds were comfortable and we picked up our breakfast bags at the front desk (an apple, a granola bar and a packaged muffin). Again, the hotel served it's purpose for a quick night of sleep.

Last minute trip to Lake Havasu & was pleased to find a "deal" to stay at The Heat, reading about the hotel we knew it was geared more towards the active/party crowd but we were going during the week & found the hotel extremely quiet. Allison the manager is in the best position, her upbeat personality & spoke very highly of the hotel & area. Our room had the best view of the London Bridge & view of the boats coming/going, the night lights on the bridge are awesome, the balcony is large enough to enjoy without the sun beating in on you, the morning/afternoon sun are blocked. The bed/pillows are sooo comfy !!! And the view of the bridge while laying in bed with with a nice breeze when you have the sliding glass doors open in the mornings is perfect. HUGE & soft towels we a welcomed sight, the water pressure/hot water is a big bonus in the huge shower along with the fancy ultra huge tub. We enjoyed our two night stay and will stay here again. The beach area is within walking distance.

This is a must stay in Scottsdale, we absolutely LOVED our time here. We were away for our 10 year wedding anniversary trip and it was our last night of our road trip around Arizona and it couldn't have been the more perfect ending. The resort is stunning and the staff were helpful and very friendly. We had a King Suite and it was fabulous and we loved having our coffee in the morning on our little patio outside. The pools were all great and the pool bar had an excellent pina colada. We enjoyed happy hour at their restaurant and had delicious flatbread, beer and wine. The cherry on top is the bottomless popcorn at the restaurant, if I hadn't had it I would not believe how incredible it is. It makes theatre popcorn seem tasteless!! UNREAL and our server was amazing! Cannot wait to go back and stay longer next time :)

Location is perfect, but rooms are terrible. Old, tired with low ceilings. You get one window that looks out onto the hallway. Useless as the window is, you cannot use it unless you want hallway people gawking into your room. We had a king room and were extremely disappointed at what we got for the money. Room looked like something you'd get at a much lower class hotel.

Loved this hotel!! The Hotel Valley Ho is situated perfectly for walking access to the best restaurants, galleries, and museums. But why leave? The atmosphere at the hotel--an iconic mid-century gem that sparkles with sunshine and cleanliness--is inviting. Open the vast sliding glass doors and step out onto your private patio or balcony and enjoy the breeze from a sprawling chaise. Dine at ZuZu and taste from small plates inventively prepared and delicious. A wonderful experience and a great rate!

We thought this hotel was a very good value for the money--nicer hotels can tend to be on the pricey side in Flagstaff and you need to make sure you choose a hotel that is not near the train tracks.. The hotel is on the main road on the west end of Flagstaff that goes to the university, but we never heard any road noise. The entrance off the main road is a bit obscure and the sign is not very big, so you need to watch for it. The room was comfortable, although a bit on the small side, but fine for one short night.

I have stayed here multiple times. The beds/showers are starting to show a little wear but nothing off putting just not brand new. Sedona lodging is very expensive in general so the prices are high but in line with the competition. It is a time share so if you book through a hotel site and you don’t want to do the timeshare sales thing you have to be firm with the concierge staff because they do try hard to convince you to come to their sales spiel. They offer you nice incentives but you have to decline a few times before they let you go. Even knowing this I choose to stay here because of the amenities and the size of even a studio is larger than or similar to a king size suite in other hotels for the price. It is a little out of town over in West Sedona, but that also makes it quite and away for the hustle and bustle. Each unit has semi private balconies or patios and nice landscaping around all the units which gives the feeling of a private condo rather than a hotel room.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It is in an ideal location in Scottsdale just a few minutes from downtown, and the facilities are incredible. Be sure to request an interior-facing room, as my first room I had was facing the parking lot and was a completely different experience. The pool party on Saturdays was amazing and some of the best people watching ever. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Scottsdale!

Our visit started very poorly, but wound up ok. Key cards were not properly programmed, had to go back to desk and have new cards programmed. Wifi did not work, even after trying the desk (and IT) multiple times. No joy on day 1, but the wifi was back on day 2 and remained for our stay (5 d). Morning of 2nd day, there was no hot water in the shower/bathroom. Also, when we returned to our room at end of day 2, housekeeping had not even been in the room. After tweeting at Hilton, and multiple volleys of conversation, by day 4 local management stepped in. They made it right, giving us an appropriate discount on the visit. All issues had been resolved. Slow, but correct response. Staff didn't seem to be as responsive as they should for a Hilton hotel.

The hotel was fully booked as per the front desk receptionist. And I am sure, hotel management is aware of this beforehand, right? We stayed there for 2 nights and on our 1st day in this hotel, we had a full day out because of the breathtaking views/activities in Page, Arizona. But upon our arrival at our hotel room around 5:20 pm, our room was not yet fixed and when we asked housekeeping, they’re undermanned. We had to go down to the lobby to wait for them to clean up and we were very exhausted 😞. They tried to clean as fast as they could but it was not as clean. I hope that they will anticipate this properly so that this doesn’t happen again. The next morning, someone knocked at our door at 9am, very loud and strong, to clean our room that it woke us up from our rest. Front desk was okay. Pool was being fixed.
