Kung pupunta kau make sure mag Online booking kau kasi 1600 ang walk in per night and kindly check the date din ng check in para walang problema Very strategic ang lugar may kainan at mabibili na food.
I usually like to stay on the third floor because it is less likely to be infested with tiny ants that are definitely on 1st and 2nd floors. But the last couple stays, the ants made it to the 3rd floor. I've written a review about this before. They need to close for a couple days and fumigate and then take a caulking gun and block all entries for ants. And my last stay, I was watching a movie on my laptop and caught something scurrying around but thought it was my imagination but the third time I turned on the light and it went into the bathroom. Turned out to be a mouse. The shower heater in both my 3rd floor room visits suddenly stopped working in the middle of my shower, forcing the remaining shower to be freezing cold. I was so mad. The main reason I go to hotels is for a hot shower. Apparently, you can't be sure to have one there anymore. Then on my last stay, I decided to extend my stay by one night. I booked again on Agoda at 10am, two hours before checkout. The front desk guy comes knocking on my door around 12pm and says my booking is unpaid. I told him to wait a couple hours and it will change to paid because I know I paid it. The money came out of my account. I've stayed at Villa Amor at various times for almost a year, sometimes several times a year. I consider myself a regular guest. They should know better than to question whether my booking has been paid. I've never not paid my stay. Also, they have a 24 security guard, but they also close the gate at night. So, if you go out late at night, you have to knock on the gate to wake the security guard to let you back in. I like the security, but it's a little inconvenient. I've went there quite often over the past several months mainly because the shower heater usually works and the staff is usually very friendly, but based on my last couple experiences, it's not likely I will go again. I might give one more chance but it won't be for a while. I'm going to Reddoorz Zamora (La Rica) where the shower heater always works, there are no ants or mice, and they have a sleeping 24 security guard but there is no gate. But it's downtown so it can be congested with people and traffic.
The place is good. I've decided on it base on its distance from the airport and terminal. Kinda hassle lang na sa looban yung place, so kailangan mo pa lakarin para makasakay pa terminal. Good thing may dumadaan naman na tricycle so it was a quick wait. The room is nice (di naman ako maarte haha), it's clean too. I was sceptical about the customer service based on the reviews, so far mukhang mabait naman yung guy na nag accommodate sakin when I checked in. Medyo off lang siguro yung mga nasa check out na, parang di alam gagawin. But overall it's good.

Though the location is quite far from the airport or the city but there's mcdonald nearby. The room is clean though bedsheets and blanket is thin. I was expecting a bit thick because the aircon was great. Aircon is cold, seems new but TV is a bit old. Room is spacious, though CR seems a bit old. But what I love about it is they have heater and bidet. So, for the money I would say it's fair enough. Would I recommend it? Yes.
