The hotel location is serene. Highly recommended for guests who not want the big crowd compstrf to Kuta where it is lively and near Discovery Mall, shops, restos, & bars. Free shuttle is provided to a meeting point where you can wait for Grab or Gojek. Only Bluebird taxi is available for direct pick up & drop off at the hotel though much higher in fare. The swimming pool is wide, great to lounge on a lazy day. The staff were courteous & helpful. Room is very clean. The breakfast box is a great initiative as a service to guests who have an early tour or flight. Two minor things that did not impress us: I requested a room overlooking the swimming pool, but was assigned a room with no balcony; hence, no place to dry swim wear. The exhaust vent in the bathroom dropped twice because it is installed on the ceiling where the door will constantly bump the vent.

10월초 방문. 가성비로는 좋은 것 같음. 그랩 부를 때 픽업 포인트를 호텔 정문 바로 앞에 다른 호텔(ARBA Hotel & Villa) 찍으면 됨. 로비에서 정문이 코앞이라 걸어가면 됨. 단, 위치가 살짝 애매해서(유명한 곳에서 막 멀지도 가깝지도 않은) 늘상 그랩을 이용해야 함. 나갈 때만 호텔 셔틀이 있긴 한데, 시간대 맞추기가 어려워서 그냥 그랩이 편함. 조식은 뭔가 종류도 많고 주문하면 바로 만들어 주는 것도 많은데, 처음 2일은 좋다고 이것저것 주문해서 먹다가, 막상 다 먹어 보니 전부 다 맛이 그냥그냥.. 그래서 과일만 엄청 먹음. 호텔 직원은 친절. 방음은 좀 안되고. 가성비로는 좋은 호텔. 아, 중간에 샤워젤이 없다고 연락을 했더니 어떤 일꾼 아저씨가 1리터 페트병에 샤워젤이랍시고 잔뜩 들고 왔는데, 맨발로 욕실에 들어와서(아저씨가 간 뒤에 바닥엔 진흙물이 잔뜩) 샴푸통에만(응??) 가득 채워두고 나가버림. 프론트에 다시 연락을 했더니, 일회용 샴푸 몇 개를 가져다 줌. 그런데 샤워젤이나 샴푸나(각자 다른 걸 쓰는지는 모르겠지만) 냄새도 세정력도 다 별로라 개인적으로 들고 가는 걸 추천. 낮에 풀장은 사람들이 별로 안써서, 마지막 날에 수영 좀 하다 옴. Good for price. Some people mentioned that you cannot call a Grab to the hotel lobby, but I was fine. To call a Grab, I pinned a place next to the hotel entrance (e.g. ARBA Hotel & Villa) and walk there. The distance between the lobby and the entrance is very near. Its location is not far from everything, but also because of its location, you'll have to use Grab all the time from everything. But considering the price, it's okay to accept. Breakfast was nice for the first 2 days, then I fed up. :p Staff were kind. I'd bring my own shampoo, conditioner, shower gel.
