Worth your staycation”
Location is very strategic to some hotplaces like concubine lane, gerbang malam etc. All facilities are in good condition, toilet clean, neat, got netflix & wifi, airconditioner functioning well. Facilities are the same as in picture. It just that i couldn’t find where is the swimming pool 🤣 but nvm, not a big deal. Very recommended for those who are going to Ipoh to stay ay this place! Thank you for your service!!!

Pros: - The apartment is cozy, clean and well furnished. - Air Conditioning in each room and hall is well maintained and cooling - Good Water pressure in the unit Cons: - The beds are not as comfortable as expected. Matresses should be changed - Pillows provided offer little or no neck support
As described and good place”
The 3 bedroom unit was as described. It was spacious for our family of 3. Tidy and simple. It's on the 19th floor, so there's a good outlook over the city. The Queen bed was of minimal comfort as it was quite hard, but we slept okay. Communication from the owner was great. Location was perfect for seeing the city of Ipoh and getting Grab rides. 7-11 next door and basic mini mart in the ground floor of the building. The only disappointment was the strict rules for the swimming pool. There are only very specific types of swimwear allowed. Swimwear must all be tight. For men, Speedo briefs type or jammers. No swim trunks/board shorts. Also, for others awareness, the kids pool is closed. No note visible on when it will reopen.

It was a very pleasant stay. Fast respond. Really clean and extremely comfortable place to stay. Very recommended. I would love to come here again. Except lack of facilities, swimming pool is under maintenance and no gym. Roof garden is no longer available, left empty. However, the stay was very satisfying.

The place is bigger than I thought. Very clean. Overall good value of money for this stay. Definitely repeat if im coming back to ipoh with groups.
