It was a big family trip and it was very nice. I stayed in Building A and the view was a bit disappointing. If I get the chance, I would like to try the ocean view. The extra cost for additional guests is *** won per room, and this is actually the cost for extra bedding, which was a bit disappointing. The swimming pool and sauna are very nice. The automatic check-in and check-out is convenient, but when I called for inquiries, it was a bit inconvenient because I couldn't get connected easily. The location is a bit far from the airport. And there are no parking spaces at night… Since everyone seems to be on family trips, they are using large vehicles, but the parking lot is only for small cars… The entrance is not automatic, which is inconvenient. It’s an old building, so you can feel its age.

I purchased the breakfast included option upon check-in and was assigned to Building C, which was a bit far from the facilities, but everything was compactly gathered, making it easy to walk to the restaurant or pool with my second grader. The breakfast was included, but only for two people, so I paid 29,000 won for the child, and the breakfast itself was just so-so. The pool costs 30,000 won for adults and 20,000 won for children, so I thought it might be better to buy the pool access instead of the breakfast and just have a simple breakfast like bread or eat breakfast nearby. Breakfast needed to be accessed by 9:30 AM and could be used until 10:30 AM, which felt a bit tight. It was nice to either walk to Seopjikoji or rent a cart to go there. During the summer vacation season, there were evening events, which were good for doing stamp missions with the kids. However, after completing the mission, I thought my child would receive a gift, but it turned out to be just a free beer, which was disappointing. Anyway, we had a great two-night stay.

This trip to Jeju Island focused on the Seongsan Ilchulbong area, and I made hotel reservations considering the location. The whole family was more satisfied than expected. The warm pool was a great choice, and it was within walking distance to Aqua Planet and offered a good view of Seongsan Ilchulbong. The breakfast was delicious too.

“Perfect getaway from Jeju city center”
During my recent stay at this hotel, I was delighted by its convenient location and thoughtful design, catering to travelers who don't have access to a car. As our family doesn't drive and we had no plans for extensive exploration, this aspect was particularly appealing to us. The staff members were exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. The front desk manager went above and beyond by assigning us a spacious room with breathtaking views, making our experience even more memorable. The amenities provided in the room were of the highest quality, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. While the food within the hotel was on the expensive side, we discovered the convenience of having outside food delivered, which helped mitigate the cost. Additionally, the buffet offered an array of delicious dishes, leaving no room for complaint in that regard. The pool, although smaller than anticipated based on the pictures, turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Its warm water and inclusion of a sauna made for a relaxing experience. However, I must mention a minor drawback related to a staff member at the breakfast counter upon entering. Regrettably, this particular staff member appeared disinterested in her job and became visibly annoyed when I mentioned needing to purchase breakfast for my younger sister. Our package only included breakfast for two, but her reaction was unwarranted. Nevertheless, it's important to note that this isolated incident did not overshadow the overall positive impression we had of the hotel and its staff. In summary, the hotel's location and thoughtful accommodations for non-driving travelers were a major highlight of our stay. The exceptional service provided by the staff, with the exception of the breakfast counter staff member, contributed to a wonderful experience.
