“Homestay equipped with anything you need.”
Book this stay for my relatives from Penang to attended my brother wedding, of course location wise is good for us. The stay located no far from a lot eateries at Alor Setar too but the best if you travel by car or you might need a grab as its not walking distance to wherever location you want to go.

“Very good”
The place is located close enough to some commercial area but at the same time is hidden off a side road and is facing a padi field. Owner was responsive to queries. While washing machine looked old, it actually worked quite well. The TV Astro package is a little too basic and lacks many channels. Some drinking water would have been nice if they had provided. In any case, I'm mostly satisfied.

“Worst experience ”
This property is also listed on ABnB, and when I booked it here the calendar was not synced to ABnB and so it was double booked!! 2 families for the same night. And the owner very ignorantly assumed we are the same family simply because we both were Indians, and responded to both of us. Imagine our horror when we find 3 cars waiting outside the house when we got back late after our event. And we were asked to leave at 1am! As the other family was a bigger grp and the owner could not find a replacement for them. The house on its own is lovely, very clean and well equipped with necessities. But the owners ignorance and Agoda's inefficiency in syncing the calendars really made this a nightmare for me and my family.
