"We started our Okinawa trip with having Rizzan as the first hotel to stay , which allowed us to travel around the Onna and Okinawa city area within a reasonable distance. Standing next to the seaside, the hotel offers great views and we especially enjoyed the local pub inside the hotel right nx to the beach. Breakfast was great. The only drawback is the amount of tour groups that were staying in the hotel at the same time that made our stay not 100% romantic. We stayed there for 2 nites and we feel that it's just right. "

"This hotel has a couple of private beaches where you can enjoy the sunset peacefully. Having been to 5* resorts with private beach in Bali & Greek,This beach goes to the top list, amaZingly clean and serene! In the main gate there is Lawson to provide you with whatever food/daily things you need. The hospitality is great, they work with attitude and will go above and beyond to help you amidst the lost in translation. Our tod is happy running around as they provide toys in the swimming pool, breakfast restaurant, and kids corner in the hotel"

"It's a nice new hotel near Manza Beach, convenience stores and restaurants. I enjoyed staying there for more than a dozen nights over several weeks. The low-paid cleaning and reception staff try their best to help customers. But Mr. Kinjo's "Reservation Center" staff shouldn't be working in the hotel industry. Instead of solving simple problems (such as modifying a reservation), they prefer to fight and stonewall customers. They act like police or prison guards enforcing backward, strict and unnecessary rules that benefit nobody. Unable to speak English or Chinese, they are especially arrogant and hostile toward foreigners, even if you try speaking Japanese with them. These "Reservation Center" people ruined my time with Mr. Kinjo. Instead of thanking me for spending more than 100,000 yen, or apologizing for their hostile service, they prefer to blame the customer. I won't spend 100,000 yen with them again. They lost my business. Even Mr. Kinjo staff don't like them. "

"The hotel is situated at a magnificent area - Seragaki Island. There are two proprietary beaches, well suitable for family sunbath and swim in sea water; in addition the hotel has Lagoon, as well as a huge outdoor and general indoor pool - these are awesome. The sea view room has one of the best ocean view in Okinawa - able to see sunset, and just facing the ocean with no artificial construction. Just sit in the balcony for whole day is sufficient to give a relaxing time. As a regular runner, there are a few courses to do 5K, 10K and 21K. Car parking facility is 5min walk away from the main hotel building. Love the walking."
