Good: - Room is spacious; living room+kitchen+dining area make up the bulk of the room, bedroom+toilet make up the other space - Fabulous amenities i.e. 1) Kitchen is complete with all the minute details e.g. microwave oven is available; washing machine is also a dryer and comes with washing detergent (powder); kitchen crockery and utensils include a frying pan, a pot, a pair of scissors, a ladle etc other than the usual forks/spoons/knife. It's really like a kitchen away from home. 2) There are 2 television sets; 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom so my kid can watch her cartoons (kid's channel Dreamworks is only available on the bedroom TV) 3) There are 3 trash bins in the room: 1 in the kitchen right under the sink (it is sub-divided into 2 mini trash compartments which I suspect is for recyclables and non-recyclables), 1 in the living room beside the TV console and 1 in the toilet - Fabulous view of KL Tower/Menara KL from the living room -- can watch the KL Tower light up at night while you eat/munch on snacks (best with lights off) - Comfortable bed and pillows -- really like the pillows as they were just right; not too soft and not too hard - Friendly, polite and efficient staff e.g. 1) Check-in was smooth and efficient 2) They were helpful without being intrusive 3) They also did the daily housekeeping even though one of the days we forgot to switch on the alert for make-up the room Not so good: - Maintainance must be done regularly as I spotted some faults in the room e.g. 1) One of the power sockets in the living room (beside the sofa) was almost coming out of the wall 2) The toilet bidet spray was not properly cemented to the wall and there was a slight leak from it despite being turned off 3) There were some greyish/black stains on the bed/blanket - Some of the TV channels in the living room TV were grainy so we couldn't watch them properly - There was no laundry rail to hang the wet laundry so we ended up using the hangers and hung our wet laundry any place we could hang Overall, it was an exceptional stay despite the minor faults.
