Provide face cleanser, toner and moiturizer, first time have this service. Have bath tub for 2 person, nearby rail station. The only cons i think is only allow to check in after 6pm,my flight arrive at 8am. Is really exhausted
① Positive Points The location was excellent, about a 1-2 minute walk from Exit 15 of Seomyun Station. (If you have luggage, it is recommended to use Exit 13 which is very close by. There is an escalator available (upward only).) On hot days or rainy days, you can easily enter the underground shopping area of Seomyun, and if you try to go through the underground shopping, you can access the famous restaurants in Seomyun without walking outside much. Also, the staff at the hotel front desk were kind and responsive. The availability of unlimited (?) mineral water was also helpful. ② Negative Points / Cautions Agoda states that check-in is from 4 PM, but in reality, it is from 6 PM. I negotiated for a check-in at 4 PM, but it wasn’t possible. The cleanliness of the hotel might be difficult to handle if you are not used to what is known as a motel overseas. (1) Upon check-in, the sheets had faint stains (unfortunately unused). (2) There was a damaged outlet where the wiring inside was exposed. (3) There were areas where the wallpaper was peeling off. (4) There was a used contact lens on the floor. (5) As others have mentioned, the water facilities were particularly bad. There were several hairs in the bathtub. This is just a brief list of the issues. Also, it seems that the cleaning staff does not have a master key (?), so if you go out with the room key during a longer stay, cleaning will not be done. There are no towel, sheet, or amenity changes or replenishments. When going out during a longer stay, you must leave your room key at the front desk and inform them of your expected return time. Summary This hotel is suitable for: Those who can overlook some dirtiness and poor service. The convenience and cost-effectiveness of being close to the bustling area and station are the most important factors. Those who prioritize activities over a comfortable stay at the hotel. Those who are fine as long as they can sleep at the hotel. Solo travelers, young couples, etc. This hotel is not suitable for: Those who want to relax at the hotel. Those who cannot accept a hotel with inadequate cleaning. Those who believe that comfort during the hotel stay is more important, even if it costs a bit more or is further from the station.

Pro : Excellent location next to subway station, with traditional Korean Bujeon market and all food outlets just at doorstep. Con: Almost half the room is taken up by bathroom, leaving a cramped space for beds. Beds were uncomfortable and didn’t have a good sleep though out my stay. High price for such a dated hotel and cleanliness of the room, bedsheets & towels were questionable. In summary, we could have gotten a much better hotel for the price.
The hotel staff is very helpful, at first my impression was that this is a love hotel but it turns out to be very nice inside, the amenities are complete, and most importantly the floor is warm. If you have a heavy suitcase, use the lift at exit 13. This way is also very close to Lotte Soemyoen.

Its 200 meters from exit 15 of Seomyeon station. 500 meter from exit 13 on the same side as exit 15, which has an elevator [Take this if you have heavy bags, exit 15 has about 50 stairs]. There is a convenience store and market right below the hotel. Free breakfast and use of microwave etc at the ground floor. I was on floor 9 and it was nice and quiet. I loved the convenience. Lots of tours start from exit 12 which is literally across the road.
