The beauty of the architectural design using bamboo is impressive. Just having breakfast in this space raises your spirits. The Danish bread and coffee in particular were delicious. The à la carte menu for breakfast is also delicious. In addition, the weekend BBQ at B Lounge was great, and the lobster night was also good. There are also three pools, so the children were delighted. There are also various activities such as renting bicycles and making lanterns. There are also many things to do at the beach! The spa was really good, although I could only make a reservation for the last day. I recommend making a reservation early. From the time of arrival, KIN at the front desk exchanged LINE contacts and responded to any questions by email (in English). He is a very charming and wonderful person! The other staff members are also very kind and friendly. They all talk to you. In terms of scale, it was just the right size hotel for us. If there is an opportunity, I would like to use it again ♪

Service is impeccable - Min was our Ambassador who helped us with check in and throughout our stay she would check in with us on a daily basis, and offered helpful recommendations when we went on a day trip to Hoi An. I was blown away by Min’s hospitality as well as the rest of the team. We stayed in the Sunlit Suite / One Bedroom Apartment with Ocean View. The place was clean, comfortable and neat, it was nice to have a dedicated vanity area. Our room was on 7th floor which had a lovely sea view. Breakfast was at Hay Hay, which I loved! Such warm and spacious bamboo interiors inspired by architecture of traditional Vietnamese homes. Food was a mix of Vietnamese, Korean and international cuisine. We had dinner at BLounge one night too - good Western cuisine with a seafront view. In the mornings or evenings we had fun lounging by the beach. It is 15-20 minutes from Danang and Hoi An respectively and Naman offers shuttle buses at specific timings. Great resort to be away from hustle and bustle whilst still being convenient.

I went on a family trip and just came back. There was nothing unsatisfactory about the swimming pool and breakfast. All the staff were friendly, and most importantly, it was convenient to travel to Da Nang and Hoi An as it was located in the middle. I was planning to call a Grab to go to Hoi An, but there was a hotel shuttle bus, so I used it and it was great. Thank you! Oh, and thanks to Evelyn for being so kind. Thanks to her, it was a pleasant trip.

We (family of 6) stayed at the 3-bedroom pool villa. The villa was gorgeous and spacious. We were taken care of super well by Everlyn - we communicated through WhatsApp every day and she was attentive and helpful the whole time. She helped us with all our bookings (yoga classes, dinner reservations, taxis, spa, etc), checked in with us every morning, and one morning when I told her we had some bug bites overnight, she arranged for the household staff to do a deep clean and sent over a handwritten apology card with a fruit platter. Other staff were also professional and made us feel very comfortable and at home. The service was superb on the whole! The food was also excellent - breakfast selection was vast and the food was tasty (we were especially in love with the breakfast pho), we did an in-villa BBQ one night which had plenty of seafood and a buffet bar and which we all agreed was hands down the best BBQ we’ve had, other room service food was also great. Weather was perfect during our stay and we spent plenty of time at the communal pool and the beach. Spa was clean and the massages we had were all great. The yoga teacher was fun and professional (although his Hatha class was definitely challenging for a beginner!) Location was also good - there were daily shuttles to Hoi An and Da Nang at very convenient times. We all had an amazing time and would like to extend our thank to the staff at Naman.

AMAZING… but…”
Love love love this resort Very clean, beautiful aesthetic, large property and great staff. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa. My kids loved having their own separate room. And the breakfast was perfect! The free massages were the icing on the cake! And they were really good massages too. BUT Our rooms always felt damp no matter how much I cranked the AC, and smelled very musty, especially the 2nd floor. Some of the ceiling light fixtures were old and rusted. Normally I wouldn’t complain about these things but being that it’s a 5 star resort, I just expected just a little more. Also, it’s far from downtown and so everytime we wanted to eat out we had to take a 20 min cab ride. They do have shuttles but the times never worked for us. I guess if you never want to leave the resort that’s not an issue. The resort has plenty of restaurants and pools. But the food is very pricey compared to out in town. Nevertheless, I would still come back and highly recommend.
