This is our third time staying at this hotel because we like the facilities and its strategic location. However, this time I felt uncomfortable. I was disappointed with the lady in black (I forgot to check her name tag) who was working in the restaurant near the pool on November 15, 2025 (Saturday). My child (10 years old) intended to just swim because he is a picky eater, meaning he doesn't eat just anything. However, I requested to have his height measured because he wanted to enter the restaurant before swimming. It turned out that his height exceeded the maximum limit for a free breakfast. So I immediately took my child to the pool. After that, I entered the restaurant, and not long after noticing us, the lady in black approached me to confirm our room number. Even when my eldest child brought the key for his father because we went to the room first after breakfast and his father did not have the key, at the entrance of the restaurant the lady in black asked my child again but with a threat, something like, "Is it true that the younger sibling did not consume anything? Just beware if you get caught, we will fine you." I was very disappointed to be treated like that, especially since those unpleasant words were directed at my child. If my child were not a picky eater, I would have paid for breakfast in the restaurant. I hope this incident does not happen again and that everything can be discussed amicably.
