House Rules – Samantha Nature Farm, Morong, Bataan Welcome to Samantha Nature Farm! Our peaceful countryside retreat is exclusively reserved for one group or family at a time, ensuring privacy, comfort, and relaxation for your entire stay. To help us maintain a harmonious atmosphere, please take note of the following guidelines: General Guidelines • The property is exclusive to your group or family only during your stay. Outside guests or visitors are not allowed unless approved by the management. • Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 NN • Please enjoy the surroundings responsibly and help us keep the farm clean and peaceful. • While you may use karaoke and enjoy music even after 10:00 PM, kindly keep noise at a moderate level out of respect for the natural surroundings and neighboring communities. Cleanliness & Safety • No smoking inside rooms or enclosed spaces. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. • Dispose of trash properly and help us keep the property tidy. • Kindly avoid picking or damaging plants, fruits, or flowers without permission. • For your safety, please avoid restricted or staff-only areas. Facilities & Use • The pool, bonfire, and picnic areas are for your group’s private use. • Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool and open areas. • Cooking and grilling are allowed only in designated areas. • Please turn off lights, fans, and air-conditioning when not in use to help conserve energy. • Handle all amenities and equipment with care; damages may be charged accordingly. Pets • Pets are welcome. Pets more than 2 will be charged with pet fee of P500. • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and keeping them on a leash in open areas. Loss & Liability • The management is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during your stay. • Please keep your valuables safe at all times.
