The staff is professional and courteous, and the meals served twice a day are very delicious. The private hot spring room is spacious and well-equipped. After soaking, you can relax on the mat while enjoying the mountain view, which is quite pleasant. If possible, it is recommended to provide some recreational facilities or free snacks, as there are no other entertainment activities within the hotel apart from the hot springs, and it is not very convenient to walk outside the hotel to shop. It is advisable to drive there.

The dream classic hotel felt like a museum as a whole, and it was a very special experience to be able to stay in such a wonderful space. The staff were all professional yet friendly, and I felt valued as a guest. The staff member who guided us to our room gave clear explanations about the furnishings and the history of the hotel, which made me like it even more. We stayed in the Hanagoten room with three adults, and it was spacious enough that we didn't feel cramped. It was convenient to go to the bath in the hotel-provided separate pajama set and slippers. There was a guest lounge where coffee, tea, and soft drinks were available at any time, which was great. The bath had been renovated in 2020 and was clean and beautiful. Amenities included everything from makeup remover to lotion for skin care. For breakfast, we had a pastry plate in the main dining room. The taste and service were both very satisfying. Moreover, the space was adorned with beautiful sculptures of columns and transom decorations, as well as plant paintings on the coffered ceiling, providing new discoveries every time I looked around. On the first day of my trip to Odawara, it served as a place to stay for my second day trip to Enoshima and Kamakura. It was very helpful that I could get there quickly by bus from Odawara Station. When I arrived at the accommodation, a BBQ was being held in the garden, and everyone seemed to be having a good time. (I was too introverted, so I just watched the fun atmosphere 😊) I used a mixed dormitory, and the bedding was fluffy, plus there was Wi-Fi available, which was amazing! There were two options for the bath: one with just a shower and the other with a bath, and I used the one with the bath. Soaking in the hot spring really helped relieve the fatigue from my trip...♨️ Personally, I was very satisfied, so I would like to use it again next time when I go on a trip to explore the Hakone hot spring area!

We stayed in a ryokan-style room and had a wonderful experience. As with many older traditional accommodations, the building has been around for many years, so we are so mindful of our noise. As a couple looking for a more local and authentic experience, we truly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel manager was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our visit even more memorable. The location is also excellent,convenient with lots of convenience stores, accessible, and well situated for exploring the area. Thank you and we missed you Kana, hope to see you again..
