The location of this homestay is strategic. It’s near to the Ipoh old town, and it is walking distance to those famous restaurants. The home owner / management is also friendly and also gv me quick response. The room layout is ok with 2 queens beds for Room 1 & 2. The minor complain will be toilet.. the wall and shower screen is not so clean.

The location is very good, go outside is gerbang malam already, and can even walk to ipoh parade, the famous yohan cake house also just beside the building, very convenient, clean too

The host is very friendly and provided all check-in information before our arrival. In addition, the house has murals that reference local delicacies and areas, along with addresses. I highly recommend it for a group of 8. A group of 10 might feel a bit cramped.
