During my first night at Mahkota Hotel, the room I got was quite dirty — there were water stains on the wall and ceiling, and a strong musty smell. Since I stayed for four nights, I asked to move to another room, and the staff were very patient and polite in helping me. The new room was much cleaner and more comfortable, but the corridor cleanliness could be improved as the carpet easily traps dust and odors. The rusty trash bins should be replaced, and the stained bed sheets would look much better if changed. Breakfast was excellent and very satisfying. I would stay here again next time — I just hope the room provided is clean from the start. Pada malam pertama saya menginap di Hotel Mahkota, kamar yang saya dapat cukup kotor — dinding dan plafon ada bekas rembesan air serta bau lembap yang kuat. Karena saya menginap selama empat malam, saya meminta pindah kamar, dan pihak hotel dengan sangat sabar serta sopan membantu saya pindah ke kamar yang lebih bersih. Kamar baru jauh lebih nyaman, tetapi kebersihan di lorong perlu ditingkatkan karena lantainya berkarpet sehingga debu dan bau cepat menumpuk. Tempat sampah yang sudah berkarat sebaiknya diganti, dan seprai yang ada bercak sebaiknya juga diganti agar terlihat lebih bersih. Untuk sarapan paginya, sangat memuaskan dan saya sangat merekomendasikannya. Lain kali saya akan menginap di hotel ini lagi — saya hanya berharap kamar yang disediakan bersih sejak awal.
