All the staff members, including those at the front desk, the information desk, and the cleaning staff, were very accommodating and made our stay very comfortable. We had originally booked for a three-night stay, but due to concerns about a typhoon, we decided to move our reservation up by one day and add an extra night. The hotel staff kindly arranged for us to stay in the same room for all five nights so that we wouldn't have to move around. When we checked in, they even asked us if we preferred a room closer to or farther from the elevator. This was our first trip to Okinawa, but we had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely like to stay here again on our next visit.

We had a great 4 nights lodging at Loisir Hotel Annex. Our room is nice, comfortable bed, great shower with strong water pressure. Easy self adjustable thermostat to room temperature that anyone prefers…. Easy fast check in and out. 7/11 store is in hotel main lobby. A big super market is across the street 3 minutes walk. Naha bus station is about 12-15 minutes walk for long distance buses to Peace Memorial Park ( A must see) If you plan to take the tour bus to Churaumi Acquarium, the tour bus for a certain company pick up stop is right in front of the hotel. A Horrendous Hospitality! ”
In all my years of globetrotting and gracing different classes of hotels, never had I once encountered any belligerent, antagonistic and repugnant bellhop as Kim Jhoon! He totally ignored me right from the moment I alighted from the taxi and struggling with my baggages, I was completely transparent to him. He looked past me. When I have arrived at the concierge counter, I beckoned to him, only to receive the most contemptuous scowl from him! That scowl was literally oozing contempt- Priceless indeed! I told him about my reservations with my friend and that’s when he started bombarding me with the most ludicrous and preposterous questions like I can’t spell your name, write it on the piece of paper! When did you make the reservations, when is the reservations, for how many nights is the reservations and when are you checking in!? When all he could do was check on his system online. Then he totally ignored me again and jumped to the next guest queuing up behind me. Before long, I was forgotten by him even though I was standing next to them! After watching him, taking care of the other guests’ suitcases and giving them the baggage tags; I was left standing there like a bloody fool! Now take a moment to reflect yourself in my position and know how you would feel. With my last ounce of patience, I reminded him that I came first and am still waiting. He pursed his lips and made an annoyed eye roll at me! Whether he deliberately pretended not to locate my reservations or not even after showing him my email confirmation from the hotel; he “INSTRUCTED” me to wait again!? He refused to tag my bags in any case. Made all sorts of strange excuses and to the extent of arguing with me about his administration system not functional! It was only after I made my way to the front office to complain about his unethical work attitude; that he finally tagged my bags. When I came to collect my bags later, it was badly damaged, the contents inside my bags were broken, my shampoo bottle cracked and leaked out. My picture frame was shattered! My bags look like they have been stomped repeatedly! Totally bent out of shape! His colleague probably the same age as him has the same contemptuous scowl on his face! Stood there glaring at me and has the audacity to ask me if I am checking in now! This disgustingly horrendous incident sure left an extremely bitter aftertaste in my mouth! Where did the hotel hire such repugnant, Impertinent and vindictive young men to work here? Clearly, their egos and self-importance supersede their credibilities! A FOOL’S SUBSTITUTE FOR INTELLIGENCE!
