The hotel has exceptional and friendly staff who provide amazing service. Multiple reviews praised the fantastic and breathtaking rooftop views from both Sirocco and Sky Bar. Guests were delighted by the best breakfast with great options from all over the world. Its great location near BTS station and river pier is convenient for exploring Bangkok. The beautiful view of Chao Phraya River and Bangkok skyline from high floors also impressed many visitors.

This is a nice 5 star hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. The Buffett breakfast is world class. The lounge which I recommend you pay the extra at this hotel is comfortable with free flowing drinks and snacks with great views over Bangkok. The gym is very good but the pool is just average for a 5 star hotel with outrageous and expensive drinks and food. A coke will set you back 390 baht/a singha beer 470 baht and a nip of jack daniel whisky 790 baht and a glass of white wine 790 baht. This left a bad impression on us. The staff are exceptional and world class. There was construction going on between 1-6 pm which was noisy and unacceptable. We have stayed at this hotel a few times and it is recommended. However, look around for better value if you like to drink and laze around the pool to relax.
It's a very nice hotel in a great location with good value for money. It's structured as a suite, so it was good for sleeping separately when one of us had trouble with snoring. The breakfast with freshly made cotton candy and the pool were also satisfying. However, on the day we checked out, while trying to wash up after swimming in the morning, there was no water coming out at all. Upon checking the reason, we found out that the entire floor's plumbing was being maintained, causing the water shutdown. In that situation, we initially suggested solutions (such as providing bottled water for a simple shower or using a shower in a different room) to resolve the issue, but the decision-making and communication on their part were very slow, ultimately delaying our schedule by about two hours. Nevertheless, the hotel staff were friendly and tried to solve the problem. Thank you!
The response of providing a welcome drink and a wet towel during check-in was pleasant. The staff who guided us to our room were also courteous. Anyway, as a high-rise hotel, I think it offers an unparalleled view from an incredibly high vantage point. It's breathtaking. If there’s an opportunity next time, I would like to stay in a river view room, preferably one that has a view of ICON SIAM. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. I preferred a cool table and requested to sit indoors, but because it was connected to the outdoor area, it was quite humid (there was a space further inside with air conditioning, but it seemed that most tables were for two or more guests). Due to the restaurant's design, where it seems to be partitioned, I initially didn’t notice that there were dishes both in front of and behind the partition. (I was only looking at the nearby options and thought the selection was limited for a while.) We should be careful. ****** The club lounge left a somewhat unsatisfactory impression. It seems that the available hours are not very long, and the light snacks offered are indeed very light. For afternoon tea, instead of a three-tier tray, you just take light snacks and sweets onto a plate yourself. I don’t think the selection is very large. It ends at 6 PM. Personally, I think the club lounge may not be necessary if I have the opportunity to stay at this hotel again. I understand that they want to finish up quickly, but there were instances where they boldly began vacuuming right beside us while we were eating, and some staff members were not particularly friendly. ****** *At the breakfast restaurant, when a small child was about to enter the kitchen, a female staff member calmly crouched down and said, “This is a very hot area, so please be careful (you shouldn’t enter. It’s dangerous),” which I thought was a good response. Perhaps due to the small size of the lounge, when it’s crowded, you might have no choice but to sit at a table where you can hardly see the important view.
Our stay here was excellent from the minute we arrived we were treated so well. We received an upgrade on the tower block which was perfect, so spacious clean and beautiful balcony views of the city. The breakfast was lovely, we sat out by the pool each morning. There is a crepe and pancake chef who makes them to order. The tower lounge is for guests who are in the tower block, the lounge offers free drinks and snacks up until 6pm each day. Again the staff here are lovely and welcoming, they are very attentive with the refilling and go that extra mile. The sky bar on the roof of the hotel also has amazing views, the drinks here are extremely expensive. All in all I would return here, well worth the money and such a stunning hotel which excellent staff.

Very friendly service, professional and helpful staff, from checking into checking out: Our visit to the Lebua has been an experience of luxury that will stay in our memories for a very long time. The views from the 2 balconies (on the 58th floor!) were magnificent. The Sky bar is another unforgettable rooftop bar experience, on the 65th floor… made many pictures, some of them attached to this review. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again on our next trip to Bangkok. When you are planning to visit Bangkok as a couple or family: put this hotel on your itinerary!
