Hotel location is very nice but almost all the taxi drivers confused with the backyard door because the route is always pointing only to the back door. So they always have to drive back to the rear side of the hotel. Because of the busy area though the hotel can be stayed quietly. There are plenty of 7/11, Tops and restaurants etc... The hotel decoration is great with renovations but some places are aged and damaged especially the door cards are so weird for me to swipe for opening but after practicing for three or four times I did it. Because of it is situated literally in the corner of road, the spot is very nice to wait taxi or parking car. There are a lot of taxi drivers at the ground floor and they are so annoying as they are ready to scam. TVs are so old and not functioning very well they are LCD though.

Hotel has improved dramatically by means of cleanliness and room condition. Location is brilliant and staff behaviour have improved dramatically. However, beware of the taxi that are parked at hotel as they have a great tendency to con customers. Booked an extra large people’s carrier as we had 10 pieces of luggage and the guy convinced us that accommodating our luggage with 5 passengers would not be an issue. But, the driver said they won’t fold the rear seats to fit all luggage’s. We were forced to take a 4x4 that was conveniently parked at the hotel garage. The 12 seater carrier only accommodated 4 luggage and 1 carry-on. DONT GET YOUR TAXI AT LE FENIX!!!!

Subject: Feedback Regarding Recent Stay and Security Concerns Dear [Hotel Name] Management, I recently stayed at your property and found the location to be excellent, and your staff generally humble and courteous. However, I would like to bring to your attention some serious concerns related to security and guest experience. On multiple occasions, we deposited our room key at the reception before leaving the hotel. However, upon returning and requesting the key, the staff could not locate it and claimed it was not deposited. After several discussions, they eventually issued a newly configured common key. This repeated confusion raised serious concerns for us. It left us wondering—what if someone else took our key and accessed our room? Such a situation would put our belongings at great risk. Additionally, we noticed that the room key does not have any room number mentioned on it, which, while possibly intended as a security measure, can create confusion and make it harder for staff to track keys properly. Furthermore, the limited number of reception staff seemed unfamiliar with the faces of guests. While it’s understandable that this can be challenging, a bit more effort in guest recognition could significantly enhance both security and the sense of personal care.
