"Very nice Hotel and absolutely the Thing we were searching for because we needed a Hotel Close to the airport as we were arriving from overseas at midnight. It´s a pity that the taxi desk at the airport overcharge you. They wanted 100000Rp whereas it´s much faster to get there than all the Kuta hotels ( 60000-80000Rp ). The way back to the airport was 35000Rp. "

"Arrived 1.30am. Very impressed with the warm welcome by name as we were climbing the stairs to reception. We were given a lovely fruit welcome drink, quickly explained when and where breakfast was, and whisked to our room, with help for the luggage. We stayed 4 nights in room 213 which has the wifi signal coming from a palm tree right outside of the room, so had a very strong signal and reasonably fast. Room 212 and the ones above and below should also get a good signal. The room was a good size, with a good sized very private balcony with a clothes airer, two chairs and small table. Nicely decorated in Balinese style, plenty of hot water, sometimes a little slow getting through, fridge was for your use and 2 free bottles of water every day. Staff were all friendly, breakfast was buffet with scrambled egg or omelette with or without bacon, made to order Three noodle and rice dishes to choose from which changed daily. Tea, coffee and fruit juice, as much toast as you wanted with butter, jams or honey. Broken tiles in the pool, just stay away from them, they are clearly visible. Pool was clean, we swam there every day. Hotel is right next door to the new Lippo Mall shopping centre, large supermarket with variety goods, 2 bakeries and 2 chemists are open in the basement, and several shops upstairs, even though construction is not complete. Our room backed on to this and we heard no construction noise. This quiet hotel is not 5 star, but has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, just take your own kettle and coffee! (We are now at our 4th Hotel in Bali, and none of them have a kettle). Easy 15 minute stroll to the heart of Kuta, Plenty of Taxi’s available on the corner. "

"Booked this hotel because we arrived in Bali midnite and didn't expect that with below 300K/nite we would have an exceptional clean room, quite spacious, fresh design and complete facility, we even have a hairdryer in bathroom which normally won't be able in other hotel with the same price. The service was excellent, all staff were nice, and helpful. what a great experience staying here. Location wise, this hotel is close to airport, so it's good when you're catching a first flight or arrived in Bali around midnite. But not close to tourist attraction like Kuta beach. But overall, We really pleased and satisfied staying in this hotel. Would definitely recommend this and come back here. Really hope they'll successfully maintain the service and facility. "

"Many Kuta hotels advertise closeness to airport. This hotel is 500m/5minute walk. ONLY hotel within walking distance. Exit terminal, walk through parking structure, exit the parking area and walk to right until reach the toll plaza. This is the only way you can get across the multi lane entry to airport. There is a crosswalk there, and you can cross between the toll booths while cars are stopped to pay toll. There is an entrance to the frontage road at the far side. It is the only break in the 3m high cyclone fence. Then follow the signs to Balira. Manager, Mr.Gusti, is friendly and accomodating. I prefer to walk than take the free ride provided by hotel because you will be shaken down for money by the sleazy driver.r"

"The Manggar is my absolute fave go-to place to stay when in Denpasar. Right on the edge of Kuta, in a very quiet street off the main drag. Turn left to join the throng or walk to the beach, or turn right to find local warungs, apoteks, groceries, fruiters and the best sate kambing & ayam on the island. Combine this with free airport transfers despite an incredibly low price, the friendliest staff in an island renowned for friendly people, a great pool and frangipani garden, great aircon, drying racks on your private balcony & international TV & DD telephone, I will be back again - and soon! Shout out to my dear friend Herman, who went out of his way to assist, such a beautifully kind man. Recommended wholeheartedly. "

"i brought my parents for a 4d3n trip to bali for the first time and been looking for a suitable hotel and this was a last minute trip so i actually booked this hotel a day before arriving after going through several selection of hotels. kuta paradiso hotel is amazingly located at the most strategic location nearby kuta square and lots of eating outlets stone throw away. though the poolview indicates that you are able to see the beach, but in reality the scenery of the beach is well blocked by tall trees, so if you're getting deluxe poolview, expect just the poolview and nothing more. nevertheless, it is just by the beach, you can access to the beach through a side exit of the hotel (as you walk out of the lobby, immediately turn left to an area that looks like parking lot and you will find an exit). hotel has full facility, staffs from reception to bellboy to waiter/waitress were all very warm and welcoming, kudos for the very polite culture! the room is up to my expectation as what i would get of a deluxe room, and that comes with free buffet breakfast which has reasonable selection of american/local breakfast...the potato hashbrown simply the best! exit from the hotel, you will walk through kuta square and reaching a t-junction you may decide to turn left towards the road along kuta beach, or turn right to access to other roads namely legian street. you will get familiar on the first day itself so enjoy ;)"
