“Very good”
The place is great for those with small children. The dorm room is spacious and clean. The pool is big too and the beach is just a few minutes walk from the resort. It’s also very relaxing as it’s not crowded compared to other resorts in the area. The road going to the resort not that okay - bigger vehicles would be better to use. The staff were not that accommodating and friendly though. Service in their restaurant was a bit slow too and you still have to ask them to provide water given that it’s summer and it’s super hot. Lastly, Kuya in the front desk was kind. After checkout we were informed that there were some towels missing but we were only given 6, instead of 8. Double checking of items should be done and documented properly from the start. Other than that, it’s all good. The kids enjoyed the resort so much especially the pool. Surroundings and the rooms are clean too.
