Although the location is remote, I had a great time for three days even though it rained. The indoor and outdoor water parks were safe to play in, as there were many lifeguards on duty, regardless of whether it was raining or cloudy. The infinity pool was also great to play in because the water temperature was warm. The staff were friendly, and although the fitness center was small, the equipment was well-maintained and up-to-date. There was also a shopping mall in the basement, various food courts, and even a Starbucks, so I was able to make good use of my time for four days, even though I was isolated due to the weather.

A friend and I (two families) stayed in adjoining rooms with three children and three adults. The room rate included admission to the Mythical Water Park and the theme park. The water park was very fun, but lockers had to be rented, so it is recommended to travel light. The theme park had few facilities, and it can be fully explored in three hours. There is a shopping mall downstairs from the hotel with a food court and a Starbucks. We stayed for three days and two nights, and had dinner at a barbecue restaurant in the hotel mall one night. We were lucky to be there in July or August when there was a fireworks display. The hotel is easy to find and has a free parking lot. The hotel staff were nice, and the rooms were great. 👍

Summer Getaway”
First time visiting Jeju and booked our first night at Jeju Shinhwa World Resort. Driving directions and parking was easy to follow and find. Amenities were easily accessible. Access to restaurants and shops were limited to 2 main elevators. Staff were friendly and professional. USB sockets available for charging; if you need to charge more electronics, make sure to bring a converter socket. Looked forward to the nightly fireworks but due to weather at time of booking, was canceled. Ambiance was simple and clean. Family enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay with children ”
Our kids loved staying here. The only unfortunate thing is that for a family of 4, we could not all fit in one room and had to split up. They were not able to accommodate us on the same floor either. Nonetheless, the resort and hotel is top notch. The staff is great, although if you don't speak English, you may have a hard time at the water park and they don't tell you this, but you need to bring your own towels but you can't bring the hotel towels. The rules for the water park are different from the pool. The kids said the resort was the best part of their entire Korea trip. The breakfast buffet was very good. The resort has everything you need from shopping to various restaurants, a Starbucks Reserve and convenient store onsite. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. They have so many activities for children. Highly recommend.
