Plus: PIC mr Mohan is helpful and respon fast via Whatsapp. Location - superb. City center Affordable. Cozy even we came with 4 adults n 2 kids. Minu: No parking designated space Cant use hotel facility like swimming pool. But its already stated in the ads. Minor - bathroom drainage a bit slow for the water to clear. But for us no issue. Overall recommended.
