Any damage to the facilities will be borne by the guests

Definitely planning to come back again! Generally the condo is well-equipped, with facilities like an instant hot water filter, baby chair, and baby bathtub. However, the shared toilet had a drainage smell, and the pillows were a bit too firm for my family liking. Additionally, the third bedroom is quite small. Although the owner provided a stand fan, it was noisy and not effective, so we had to turn on the air conditioning to sleep, which we would have preferred to avoid.

“Excellent Homestay for Short Trip”
Great location, clean and smells great. Grace assisted us during check in and easy check out . Very well equipped as well. Overall great stay and value for money. Definitely will stay again when in Ipoh.
