“Better than rated here”
Location is perfect. Very close to the Peace park. Room is great japanese style. And a hot tub is also available. Owners are very kind. There is also free green tee and fresh water from a machine in the front of the elevator on 5th floor. Washing machine and microwave oven is also available. The price asked by sites like Agoda for locations like this seems higher than on japanese booking sites. Not sure yet if this is the case here. But it might it might be a good idea to check. Agreed, the impression of the building inside might not what a westerner might expect. But, hey, welcome to japan. The only negative, big negative for me, is the fact that smoking is allowed in front of the elevators. Without ventilation. When someone smokes there, the smoke obviously is everywhere at least on that floor.
