This is our 3rd time stay in their Studio room since last December 2014. Previously was booked through directly from Hotel, but this time round the hotel rate slightly higher than Agoda (the staff told maybe because of GST). My family members are very satisfy with Weil hotel. We stayed with them when they are rated 3 star till 4 star currently. I think they should rate as 5 star hotel soon cos some of their facilities are still under construction! From the very first step of the hotel: Bellman, valet parking, check in, room, restaurant food (breakfast or dinner) till the last step of check out, I give 10/10!!! The performance of every staffs are doing the best to every guests, I think they should well trained before their serving! We are going Ipoh every month, for sure we will come back this hotel and never change!!! Besides, I also very expected to use their upcoming facilities!!! (THUMBS UP)

When i was looking for hotel searching at agoda.com, was attracted by this hotel photo. and secondly the price. which is very good compare to other hotel in ipoh. Booked my stay and check in late afternoon. the hotel is clean and new. Overall experience is good. Bump into group check in, so there are some delay during check in, lucky they have a massage centre beside the lobby, so that we can pamper ourself with massage while waiting for the check in.

Room are clean and very comfortable. Only problem are the toilet drain stuck and its smells awful..hope they fixed it asap. The other things that amazed me are the breakfast buffet ! There are many choice of breakfast that you can eat, nasi lemak, nasi kuning, ayam rendang, English breakfast, pancake, curry mee, chicken rice and much more... i was like.... WOW... how could you have such delicious breakfast and comfortable spacious room with only rm148 ? Believe me guys, this hotel is underated, it deserve more than 3 star. Best hotel i've stayed in ipoh.

One of the best stay ever. My husband and me booked this hotel last minute as we stuck with jammed on our back home to Kl from penang. We check in around 9 pm. The front dest staff is very helpful, the room is awesome and spacious ( suitable for family),the bed, shower and i love everything inside ( they provide safety, refrigerator, iron etc), the view from our room is beautiful. They have non smoking room which I secretly love. The breakfast have varieties that you can choose from and it’s delicious. Overall, we are very satisfied and it a very pleasant stay. Definitely will come again next time.

Good & satisfied. The Deluxe King room is big enough for 2 adults & 2 kids but furniture are old. The hotel nice but need renovation. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast very simple not worth having breakfast at hotel. Its just a walking distant can look for some local food. I dont see any public transport at that area or even taxi. Ipoh food cheap & nice. Must try all local food there. Musang King durian cheap there. Walking distant there is alot of bridal shop if anyone have function you may go to the bridal shop for hair do & make up cheap is only RM80.

Due to the incredible services by this hotel, i make an effort to write this review just to let u all know about this hotel. I choose this hotel due past good reviews and seriously this is the best 3 stars hotel i ever meet. If u have budget around rm200 and looking for a place in ipoh, straight away book this hotel, u will not regret. believe me! We book 3 rooms in new renovated room and all of us are really happy n satisfied. We arrived late night at the hotel, the service started when we park, they guide us during the parking. Then the receptionist was very friendly and the best ever words " there are 2 cans drink inside the fridge and it is foc, u can drink " . Then when we enter the room, suprisingly with less than rm200, the room equiped with bath tub!!! My twins are so happy with this. Then the next morning, they served brekafast ala carte, i believed because there is not much customer. But seriously the breakfast awesome! The coconut rice just nice and the american breakfast is delicious!!! not to forget the coffee.. i drink it twice !! so for those looking for a hotel in ipoh, please book renovated room in this hotel. U will not regret. believe me!!

I travel to ipoh with my 2 kids (2yrs and 5 months), old hotel but still in good condition. I choose this hotel because have swimming pool and here got 2 separate swimming pool which is for adult and kid. What more surprise was they gave us 2 free breakfast (which is not shown in their description) when I booked the hotel and the breakfast was fantastic. So my conclusion is this hotel worth it to stay because where can I get a hotel which is below RM 100 / night, got separate swimming pool, and free breakfast. For sure will stay here in the future if we travel to Ipoh.

What differentiates this hotel from the rest is that they offer free shuttle bus to/fro the airport and 4 trips every day to places of interest nearby. I didn't get the driver's name but he was really nice and made us feel so welcomed! The hotel is in a quiet but great location - you can walk to lots of nice eating places. The room itself is not that big but it's still rather comfy and bright. Decent breakfast too. And best of all - it's affordably priced! It would be perfect if they had a pool but they do have a small gym if you want to burn off those calories. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Ipoh!

Location Startegic, Cleaness ok, Parking private but quite Limited. lobby to elevator need take stairway 😒, The Ground Elevator direct to public area No Guard & Access card only for Guest can up & down make unsecure feeling worry was broken door while we out or other is up & bell room, No Provide Drinking water Filter Vending 2 bottle 300ml drink not enough . @Room mentain in list channel 4 - 7 got Astro cable TV but nothing ..@ bathroom the shower Curtain too short make water flash out ..

This is a great place to stay for a variety of reasons. Ipoh is spread out geographically and can be difficult to navigate without hiring a taxi or renting a motorbike. It's a great place to explore for a taste of local Malaysian, Chinese, and Indian delights and off the well-beated path of the typical traveler. Don't pass it up. What makes Hotel Station 18 special? Ian, the hotel operator, and his staff that provide great customer service for the price. Ian is willing to drive guests to multiple locations throughout Ipoh, and took me to a total of 5 outstanding meals over my 3 night stay there. He's passionate about the food, culture, and people of Ipoh and very open to sharing that with others. The rooms are great too, you get more than you pay for, and cleanliness and attention to detail are top priorities. Highly recommended, thanks for making my stay and Ipoh such a great experience.

The hotel surprisingly upgrade my room to Brewster Executive Suite from Brewster Studio. Room is super spacious with jacuzzi that can fits 2 person in the room. Well service from the front desk staff. Ordered in room dining but need to wait around 30-40 minutes. Nice view at the infinity pool and The Lawn. In addition, they have special lounge at Level 12 for all level 12 guest, that’s lovely and convenient. Anyhow, the choices not as much as the Ground floor lounge but it’s more than enough for us.

Staff are very friendly and will recommend us what to eat and where to go. Besides, room is clean and all the facilities are complete (providing iron ans refrigerator too)... Already booked for this hotel for the 5th time. Everytime went to Ipoh surely will book this hotel. Moreover, no need to worry on what to eat foe ur breakfast. Just a walking distance you can enjoy delicious dim sum for your breakfast. Highly recommend.

This hotel just newly open in Jan2016. Room was not really big but clean. No light box signboard at this hotel so it a bit difficult if u reach there at night time. No restaurant nearby by walking distance but u can find 24 hours fast food restaurant by driving 2 mins. Everything is good in this hotel and the best part is Astro channel was provided as well but the wifi connection was on and off failure.

I booked the room on the same day of arrival. My wife is attending a medical conference in another hotel in ipoh . We have to be there early morning next day.since the room is fully booked so we decided to stay in aestana a day befor the conference. We came with 2 small kids 1yr n 3yr old n arrived around 1am after departed frm kl at 9pm. The staff were very helpful n they were expecting us at the front door. They helped us with the luggage n accompany my wife n my sleepy kids to the room immediately. the check out was fast n the staff gave us a good direction to the conference hotel. Room is although small but its clean n makes us feel safe n satisfied with the reasonably cheap hotel rate that we paid. Thank you.

Location is good, in the center of town. Near to major facilities such as the General Hospital, Sri Maju Bus Station, and the Airport. Not to mention there's a lot of renown and cheap local delicacies within 5 to 10 km. Wifi speed is excellent as well! The hotel ISP is Time Fibre and I believed it is either a 30 Mbps or 50 Mbps as I did a speed test on my phone. I tried to book a room (on 13th Oct night, I arrived earlier) but their credit card machine malfunction and I don't have enough cash on me, the staff proposed a brilliant idea that I can pay for a room at half rate for half day so that I can accommodate one night before the booked date. This is a very good service and problem solving there. There's only one minor issue with the staying, the toilet door. The door cannot be lock, unsure if it is intentional or forgotten because there's a marking left on the door frame indicate it is to be removed for toilet door lock. Bad idea for family or friends staying in one room.

This is my third time stay at this hotel. If you are a solo traveller and a very private person, looking for a room for stay for 1 person, do look out for this hotel. The price is very affordable, and make sure booked from Agoda. The price is similiar to sharing @ dorm room. The place is quite easy to find. Only that it is far from Ipoh Town. About 20-30 mins to reach Ipoh town. But it is okay for me because of the price. The room is comfortable, have water heater, aircond was very cold, and I have a very good sleep. It is just that the wifi us very slow, and the mobile internet receiving was very poor, that i almost explode when I cant load, especially for Instagram apps 😂. Overall, there is more pros than cons staying at this place. Will definitely come and stay again. Oh ya, please bring along your own hanger, as there are no hanger provided in the room. Not sure whether can ask for it, but just bring along for your own safety 😁

We stay for a night 19/5-20/5. We checked in late and the check in process fast and easy. Good point: 1. Staffs is very friendly and helpful. 2. A lot parking and no need worry for limited car park. 3. Room come with simple and basic facilities but it’s really good enough. Air-condition, LED TV, sufficient power plug for charging attach with USB point👍🏻, bath room, towel, comfort bed. All this is basic need in good and clean condition. 3. No weird smell. Air circulation is good because facing a big field. 4. Provide a pantry with table and chairs and a water dispenser with not hot and cold water supply. 5. Can check out latest by before 2pm. If check out before 2pm, no extra charges. If check out by 2pm or after that, extra charges will inaccurate. We manage to have a short quick nap before a long driving journey home. 6. Ideal location. Nearby Ipoh Parade and those famous food spot just around driving 5-7mins. Not so good: 1. Toilet bowl is old. And got the black spot that cannot be removed. Hope the hotel can put in planning to change for new one. 2. With the low rate, cannot demand more. No fridge to keep things cold. I’m happy with the stay. Will recommend others to try this out if you like quiet, clean and spacious stay in Ipoh.

Good value for money Unfortunately, if you arrive during office hour, it cam be pretty hard to find a parking(unless of course, you don't mind to pay for the private parking beside the hotel). Staff is very friendly, greet me with smile at every encounter. Location is also good, I can just walk to ge to the Ipoh Parade. Looking forward for my next trip to Ipoh and might stay at this hotel again

I was originally booked into the chalets, which are a separate location to the hotel. The chalets are good if you have your own transport. I did not, but the manager of the 3 Happy8 locations personally came and got me and took me to the main hotel. She also drove me to the station the next day to catch a train. This is incredibly good service and I will be staying there again, as soon as I can!! The food, the artistic decor and the service are out of this world!!! :)

Love the clever design of this boutique hotel. From the design of the facade to the doors right up to the rooms. Everything is provided in the room and the super clean bath n toilet with rain shower. The material use is like 5 stars luxury hotel. The toilet floor tiles is so classy looking. If thrown in super soft cotton towels this hotel will be the best in whole of Ipoh. Their cafe Cawanmu next door is very nice for enjoying breakfast. Although the breakfast spread is minimal but very adequate and of good quality. Bought their Coffee Swiss roll and its delicious! Their service staff is excellent. Everyone of them is so friendly. Thanks! Location is around 15-20 minutes drive to town but not a drawback when this hotel is really value for money for what they provide.

My family enjoyed our stay at Station EightINN. It is located in a new development region in iPoh. We love to visit the nearby Aeon shopping where you can get everygthing you need, dining and shopping. The hotel is very new - clean room and bed. Room is quite small but definiely value for money. Parking is together with outside public parking,Park at your own risk. Find the location of the hotel on GPS could be a challenge. Make sure your mark it by coordinate before your trip.

Well i stay at this hotel 3 nights for business trip, and for solo travelling it is quite good. Clean room and friendly staff, it just that you don't have much choice on the cable TV channels. Wifi provided, quite fast and it is advisable if you could bring along your own cable extension (the room i stayed has power socket way far from my bed, even a laptop charger could not stretch enough). Overall it is a good place to rest after a whole day working :)
