When the UBER dropped me off, there was no indication that this is or was the Travelodge La Jolla Beach. The hotel is not close to the city center. But since there is not much of a city center in SD anyway, that is more of a plus. Is a nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the university.
Term of stay is different. I was informed that I could use the free wifi when booking at Agoda, but I had to pay internet fee(12dallors) when checking out. And parking fee is 30 dallors. You should have told me this at the time of booking.
Nice boutique style with a brand you know. Breakfast was the same every day but plenty of variety. Nice small pool but its deep so kids loved it. Within walking distance to Seal beach if you dont mind walking over a mile and the bonus is you dont have to hunt for parking. Wind and sea beach is spectacular and one block away.
