Like their location ,is very convieneice and near to town . u can found old town grand restaurant and beer factory at the lobby ... parking slot are available for hotel guest . Like their facilities and view as well . The room is come with complimentary old town white coffee and water , as well as a set of bathrobes for guest , I personally love it so much . Will definitely come back again nx time when visiting Ipoh

Was staying there for 3 nights. Although is not in the city, but I love the location. ( Near the Evening food street of Ipoh Garden East just behind Tesco ). And there is a Night Market there on Tuesday evening. Also there is a Ipoh Old Town Coffee near by, as told by my friend from Ipoh, that is the best branch other than the original shop house in Old Town. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is situated next to Courts and is 2 mins away from the town centre. Everything is within reach from eateries to convenience stores to banks and salons. This is my second time at the hotel, i stayed here 2 years ago and am glad the hotel is still in good condition. Check-in was swift and the receptionist Ms.Ann was friendly & polite. We were assigned room 327 (window room) but the plug point was not working and the room was tiny (for muslims you'll have trouble praying). Ann then changed us to a non-window room (Room 337) which is more spacious. The room & bathroom was clean only the pillows were too soft for my liking. Wifi was strong and minimal amenities were provided in the bathroom (Shower gel, shampoo, shower cap, soap). Room also had tea & coffee facilities. Shower was strong and hot water was available throughout our stay. The area does get a little quiet at night but the hotel has parking just outside its doors. Overall a great place and I'd definitely stay again. A special thank you to Ms.Ann for her friendliness and hospitality :)

My stay was fun except for taxi.It is hard to get a taxi at that area unless you are at the town area but dont worry please keep the hotel contact so they could arrange a taxi for you to fetch you at your location...should not be a problem..It is near to Lost World Of Tambun Water Theme Park..10 minutes away. .And lastly got a chance to meet the hotel owner .A friendly and polite boss that maybe can tell you more about the place and also could assist you in your difficulties...Overall stay 9/10...Food is easy to get at that area too!!cheers!

This is really one beautiful hotel I've ever stayed! It is actually an old bungalow that converted and renovated into a nice boutique hotel. They only have 5 rooms at one time so please make sure you book early! The staff also very helpful and the hotel owner is so generous. We booked 2 rooms and one of my friend ask the owner where to buy beer nearby, and they gave 6 cans of beer for free!

Not really close to the old town or the train station but a good location for getting to the other attractions around Ipoh. The Staff were excellent and the hotel is very well kept. Also there are a few malls & supermarkets nearby as well as a lot of places to eat. Our only issue was with the soundproofing of the rooms. Every night we had trouble with music, crying kids or loud groups in rooms that didn;t even seen close to ours. This might have just been our bad luck. I would recommend this to anyone coming to ipoh but not looking to visit the old town.

Checked in Family suite, spacious, clean, comfortable bed & pillows. We had peaceful sleep after a long day at Lost World of Tambun ( 10min drive) Our rooms was separated by a clean bathroom -each room has differ theme. Ours was Classic Mandarin- beautiful settings. U can see the owner really put his heart & soul into this hotel. Fast checked in, friendly staffs (Tq Mr Segar) i was surprise that they were able to recognize us when we arrived. Impressed! Giant & Tesco Hypermarket is just around the corner. Downside is Oldtown White Coffee restaurant is the only eatery which is located opposite the hotel otherwise hv to drive out, as hotel is located at new develop business area. Self service launderette is behind the hotel. Hotel provided private parking fret not, Ample parking but u have to use parking coupon to avoid tickets from the city council. Will definitely comeback.
