"I stayed for 6 nights at the 8th floor. Actually i came first to tawaramachi branch expecting that my reservation is there because if you search apa asakusa that's whats showing, but thank god its just around 10 minutes walk. The room is japanese standard, small but compact. The check in is easy, i arrived 3pm so good for check in already. You will put your reservation number on their desk and keys will be given to you. It's near kaminari, nakamise and my fave ichiran. There's also a family mart beside the hotel. I want to commend the staff at the reception specially our housekeeper on the 8th floor. She cleans our room room and replenishes the room wear, water, slipper and toiletries. I also love the shisheido shampoo , conditioner and body wash they provide. I hope they also will have an onsen like the other branch. Overall a very nice stay and will come back soon."

"One of the best capsule hotels I’ve stayed at so far! Initially had booked for 4 nights, then added 2 more! Big bright lounge area with microwave, tv, drink vending machine, free drink dispenser (sencha, coffee, lemonade, water), comfy couches, eating area, outlets. Hotel looks very new and everything was very clean! Very secure (key card required to access floors). Capsules are good size. Every capsule had lights, alarm clock, fan, one wall outlet and one USB outlet. Extra pillows (hard & soft) available. Lockers are decent size as well and each floor has storage space corners for suitcases also. Policy says “Multiple day stays require daily checkout” how ever it really just means to not be in the capsule during housekeeping (11am-3pm). You can leave you luggage in the locker and go hang out in the lounge! Don’t really need to “check out”. Housekeeping made bed in capsule and gave fresh towels every day. Reception desk staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! :)"

"Stayed in this hotel for two nights and find it is a very pleasant stay. The hotel location is easy to find (5min from subway station) and the facilities are very new. The onsen was excellent and unlike other Onyado in other places, their main onsen uses carbon spring water which brings extra relaxation to the body. The single room itself was spacious enough for a single. They have USB charging outlets next to the bed which is a plus. There is the 9pm free ramen but I didn't try it. I saw many people stay there to try it tho. In conclusion, it is one of the best Onyado I have ever stayed and would recommend for friends and family. "

"Location is excellent. The hotel is near to so many shops, restaurants and street food stalls at Asakusa. The popular Nakamise street and Sensoji Temple where beautiful spots abound are 15 to 20 minutes stroll. The Tokyo Skytree can be seen and walkable. It is literally neighbor to Tawaramachi Station that has elevators if one has heavy luggage going to and coming from the hotel via the Ginza Line. No hassles coming from and going to Narita via Ginza Line, Ueno Station and Keisei Line. Room is spotless. The room we stayed in during our 9 night stay was always cleaned and refreshed with amenities especially the bathroom. The rooms have enough privacy because the doors face a semi-outdoor opening at the building interior. Consider limited space though in bringing large luggage. It can be managed nonetheless. Check-in and check-out is a breeze because it is somewhat computerized. Staff at the reception are friendly. Food at the Komeda Cafe at the ground floor is simple but to our liking."

"The hotel is really clean. They clean the rooms, showers and toilets rooms each day between 10 am to 4 pm. There are soaps supply, toothbrushes and more that they fill each day. The lobby is really nice to sit and eat, talk on the phone, work and more. The stuff is really really nice. Most of them aren't that good in English but they are doing they're best to help you! The room/capsule itself is nice and the baggage room under the bed is pretty big. The only thing that bothers me the most is that it was pretty hot at nights.. but you can tell the stuff and they'll change the degrees. They also have laundry machines at fair prices. The best thing is that the train stations are really close to the hotel (1-5 minutes walk). But there isn't a lot to do around at night. it's 10-15 minutes walk to Asakusa station (you can also take a train - one stop). To conclude I would recommend this hotel to people who don't want to go out for bars and more at nights!"

"I have visited many different hostels during my stays in Tokyo, Nui is one of the best in terms of quiality of intstalations and services, the common area is ideal for planning your trip, studying, reading or working whatever is your personal case. Also for the ones who like to prepare their own meals they have a fully functional kitchen and prepare delicious and affordable food at their restaurant / bar. The staff are attentive and helpful and they really keep the instalations clean. Location is not the best but is quiet, with river views and close to main tourist attractions. Thanks Nui. I will be back, "

"the hotel is close to the asakusa temple with all the shops and restaurants around it. the room was small, but sufficient. well, i anyway don't go to tokyo to enjoy a room all day long. it was quiet, and clean. very friendly staff, and still quite cheap. i didn't try the restaurant since there are some of my favored around, it did make a good impression though, and i am sure i am going to try next time. the hotel is easy to reach. there are 2 subway lines close. the oedo line is right at the next street corner. to reach the hotel from the airport is also easy with the skyliner to ueno, and then a short taxi ride if there is heavy luggage. otherwise a very short subway ride. the hotel is all what i am looking for at a very reasonable price. i had a small single room, but they might have larger rooms too if requested.
