"Pros: Location near to food and malls, big rooms and value for money. Cons : 3rd lift was spoilt and it took us a very long time to get into the lift. Once it took us half hr to get out from carpark level and even to the extent of using Novotel carpark lift. And there is no air circulation in the lifts... The only time I ever sweated in a lift is here. Best practice, don't combine the carpark lift with the lobby lift. Lastly, the breakfast place was fully packed during breakfast time. Overcrowded is the word. My advices are to have the reception to coordinate the allocation of tables, rather than asking the guests to seek their own seats. And the lack of staff is apparent, as the existing staff struggled to clean up the tables. Otherwise, do book the hotel for the rooms, but skip the breakfast. "

"1) The place is new and clean although the building itself is still under a lot of renovation/construction. 2) Very big pool and even though a lot of people, still have space to play around pool. 3) On the first day of checking in, there was a power disruption until 2 am. Staff should have handled my case better. Rather than asking me to cancel the booking in the first place, at least they should have given options for me to still check in. I spent an hour negotiating with them and the good thing is, my room was upgraded for free. 4) Cleaning the room was done on request basis and totally satisfied. Overall, it was not bad at all for the price that I paid."
