"Firstly I don't like having to leave at 10am,4pm. It causes congestion in the locker room and showers. I know they have to clean but I suggest allowing people back in the capsules earlier and keeping people out of the showers until 4pm. This would allow cleaning of the capsule area first. The capsules are great and they do a great job of checking people in and out. It's a lot of work and I give them a lot of credit. The 4th floor social area is great also. It allows anyone staying in the capsules, male or female to hang out and meet each other. The location is so close to everything. Hundreds of places to eat all around the hotel and shopping is everywhere. Can't beat the location except remember that this is Kabukicho and that is a red light district. If you go one way it goes to Kabukicho and go the other way and you're out of it. Be prepared for a lot of people trying to talk you into their businesses. Just ignore and keep walking. "

"We splurged on the Superior Designer Double studio room and we were so happy with it. The view from the huge window was the best thing about the room itself. Lots of room for our luggage and a nice seating area as well. I loved the big shower with a lot of room to stand & a nice fairly deep bath. The room was clean every time we came back from a day of sightseeing, new towels and our bed made. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location was perfect!! Do not be afraid of sleeping in Kabukicho it's not really a "red light district" in the bad sense. It actually felt pretty safe and there was so much to do in the area. Easy walk to the most lively parts of Shinjuku yet the neighborhood itself was pretty quiet. I have a lot more good things to say about this hotel so I'll just end it now with the word "Perfect"!!!"

"Very conveniently located in Kabukicho, you're in walking distance to some of the best of Shinjuku. The room is more suited to solo travellers considering the size. There is a notice that the public bath strictly does not permit those with tattoos which I wish I had known before booking but the modern bathroom in the room was fine. Reception is friendly and always staffed. "

"I've been to Japan a couple of times and stayed at varied forms of Capsule Hotel in Japan from Western Style to Japanese Style capsules like this one. I have to say this has been the best Capsule hotel I've stayed in so far. Location is amazing, it's a short walk to Shinjuku JR Station. The amenities provided is superb! They have EVERYTHING you need! The capsule itself is quite comfortable, they even provide a charger with multiple cables inside the capsule. Never got that before. They even serve make your own Onigiri breakfast, which was THE BEST! All in all it's a perfect place to crash for a night or two. I don't recommend staying too long as it can be an inconvenience to you, read up on how Japanese capsule hotel works. But a couple of nights is good, really loved it here. Also if open showers is not your thing, go for a western capsule hotel. "

"The only cons were that it got a bit too warm in the capsule even with the fan on, and the noise from other travellers in the mornings if you are wanting to sleep in a bit. Noise is unavoidable in places like this though, and everyone was doing their best to be quiet so heavy sleepers shouldn't have a problem. I was amazed at the amount of things included in the cost! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would do it again (probably just for one night at a time) if I return to Tokyo :)"
