"The location was great, just a few steps from Asakusa train station. Also near Sensoji temple and Nakamise street- just a few blocks away. There is a Family Mart convenience store beside the hotel and just a few walks away, there's an Ichiran Ramen place. Will definitely recommend to friends. Only downside: room was small, could fit a max of 2 persons only. But we didn't mind. It was overall a great experience for us. "

"This hotel is new, so everything looks neat and clean. Location-wise, it is excellent in terms of eating, shopping and sigh-seeing. The major downside is that it is 11 mins away from a Metro station (Asakusa), and 25 mins walk away from a JR station (Ueno). But what makes this stay enjoyable to me are the nice little touches: free self-serve coffee and green tea at the lounge, free ramen between 9.30pm and 11pm, free washer (dryer is 100yen per 20min), dual USB charging charging ports at the bedside, dimmable bedside lights, wired internet port, in-room toilet amenities like ear buds, comb, toothbrush/paste etc. One complain is the wierd placement of the towel/clothes horizontal rod barely about a foot away from beside my queen-sized bed -- I ended up bumping my head on the rod twice as I was getting up! Maybe that's just for my room type. Other than that, and the distance from train station, I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Is only a couple weeks old. Staff were accommodating and bathroom and living areas were kept clean. Everyday they would provide a amenities bag everyday which includes slippers, a bath towel, face towel, and a tooth brush. The only downside we’re the other people staying in the cabins next to me. They were super loud at all hours of the day walking in and out and found it really hard to sleep during the day and night. Would be awesome if there was a sign that told others to keep quiet and use living areas to make noise"

"The hotel is really clean. They clean the rooms, showers and toilets rooms each day between 10 am to 4 pm. There are soaps supply, toothbrushes and more that they fill each day. The lobby is really nice to sit and eat, talk on the phone, work and more. The stuff is really really nice. Most of them aren't that good in English but they are doing they're best to help you! The room/capsule itself is nice and the baggage room under the bed is pretty big. The only thing that bothers me the most is that it was pretty hot at nights.. but you can tell the stuff and they'll change the degrees. They also have laundry machines at fair prices. The best thing is that the train stations are really close to the hotel (1-5 minutes walk). But there isn't a lot to do around at night. it's 10-15 minutes walk to Asakusa station (you can also take a train - one stop). To conclude I would recommend this hotel to people who don't want to go out for bars and more at nights!"
