Arrived an hour late from our supposed checking in time but still held up with 7-8 line of people bcs only one person was working for front desk. Supposedly, they should have booking at one line & for walking in at another. Terrible for making us waited for more than half an hour. Room was good. Spacious, good working AC & okay bathroom. Quite narrow space for a shower & water pressure was poor to be honest. Got some stain on the pillow sheets too actually. Breakfast was also good but didn't have that fancy level of varieties. Tasted good & really nice dining space in overall. Conveniently close to a 7E & found a hidden gem of Nasi Lemak in front of it. TASTED REALLY GOOD & basically can top the hotel's nasi lemak I bet. Definitely one of my strong recommendations for this hotel. But it is only open from 6pm till all sold out. In overall, we had a really nice stay, comfortable & enjoyed our short vacation at the hotel.

Clean Pool, Affordable and Adequate”
We booked this hotel for 2 nights. The check-in was quick (we arrived at 3-4 PM), they required us to pay RM 4 heritage fee and RM 50 for deposit. My first impression of this hotel is that the hotel is quite old and a bit darker than other new hotels but not dark like blackouts. Our room is located on the second floor with a view to the food court next to the hotel (seems to be opened only on weekends). The room has only 1 small lamp beside the TV, 2 bedside lamps and a lamp near the front door so I personally think that it's a bit dark and only suitable for couples. There are only a few channels on the TV but for me the TV is just okay. For girls, you can't make up on the desk since the mirror is a body length mirror on the side which is good for me. The cabinet is quite large, there's SDB, kettle, coffee and tea, I don't remember if there's a fridge cause I don't use it. The window is quite big and you can open it too, but please don't jump off the building. LOL the room is quite spacious with twin beds. Shower is hot and super strong, but the cons are the toilet, euw, I can't flush it often, I pushed a few times, waited for a while but still unable to flush, luckily there's bidet/shower jet to help me flush my bodily fluids, also there's no soap, only hand soap, one soap for all. There's no mineral water provided but you can use the water gallon near the lift for free but we called 0 to ask for mineral water and given for free too, just, the staff need to smile more and be more friendly please. The swimming pool is located on the 10th floor, not a very large pool but the pool itself is very clean and safe for me and family with kids. There is one slides, many sunlounger, shower, toilet and a nice view of the city. Breakfast is great but not like a 5 star hotel taste but still enough for me to get back and take more food! You can choose porridge, noodle and soups, salads, veggies and fruits, toast with kaya and strawberry jam, coffee, tea, juice, cereals and milk

Strategic location ”
😍 Room is spacious for small family, strategic location in the middle of town, easy to book grab and cost is cheap for grab car mostly around RM5-6.. Water dispenser machine just infront of our room.. 😕 I stayed with my family for 7 days 6 night, on first day I noticed that the mini fridge was not cold, I immediately call the reception and they said will send maintenance team to check, no one came, I followed up again next 2 days still no one came until we checked out. Toilet light too dim. Swimming pool is okay but the area smells like cockroaches. Breakfast so so, no protein (at least can provide chicken). Housekeeping clean the room without permission when I went out.

Stay Duration : 8th Octo - 10th Octo 2021. Room : 720 (Deluxe with breakfast). Location : Just fits the name of Sentral Hotel, this hotel is centrally located in the heart of Bandar Hilir (BH). The area is lively and the surrounding isnt so unsavoury. Just within a short distance walking is the famous Malacca River. And there are countless eateries around the area. It is within walking distance to the Historical Centre if you feel like a good walk and by car, it only took 3 mins to get to the heart of the old town, passing the scenic Little India, St Francis and the red wall of the dutch architecture. Reception and check in : We stepped in the lobby around 12pm and we were told that the check in only starts around 2pm. We decided to hang around in the lobby and by 12.20pm, I was called to the counter. My room is ready and they are releasing it an hour and half hour early, LUCKY ME. I had a simple chat with the warm and nice reception, Miss Aisyah. She is very caring and very polite. I worked in a hotel before so we had a chat about the business and the occupancy traffic. She is very responsive to our small conversations. Room : 720 is very spacious and clean. The carpet is old but surprisingly clean. The windows are clean and the bathroom is spotless. The 2 wooden chairs are very helpful for me to gaze upon the city view. The view is amazing. The only downside is the water pressure. It is a bit too low for my room. Breakfast : The breakfast is served as buffet and the area is okay. The food varieties are good. 9th Octo : Nasi Lemak, Kuey Tiau, Bubur, Potato Tots, Sausages and soup station for noodles. On the 10th Octo : Lontong, Noodles, Bubur and soup station. The salad varieties are very good however the thousand island dressing is a bit too sour for my 2 days there.
