The rice was delicious. The staff at both the izakaya and buffet were very friendly and made our stay very pleasant. The room was also fantastic with an ocean view. We would love to come back when our children are older. The rental items for children were also great, such as the diaper bin and bed guard. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating with our requests. Since our children are too young for activities, we enjoyed playing by the beach, visiting the Churaumi Aquarium, playing in the fountain, and swimming in the pool. The pool float rental was especially great and our children had a lot of fun. Thank you for a memorable trip.

Anyway, it was the best room where you could enjoy the sea of Okinawa from the room! You can also see the sea from the large public bath. The only disappointment was that the springs of the mattress on the bed were torn and exposed. I wish they could have at least made an effort to hide it. There were also quite a few stains on the sofa, so it would be better to remove them. However, there is no doubt that the room is very spacious and you can relax very comfortably.

It is also close to the aquarium, and there are convenience stores nearby. In addition, the hotel staff's service is excellent. We returned to the hotel very late and didn't know where to park the car. The staff was afraid that we couldn't find it and kept running in front of our car to guide us. The breakfast has a variety of options and tastes good. There are also utensils for children, and the staff's attitude towards children is very good. Overall, it is a great hotel that is also family-friendly.

No complaints other than that the WiFi was down. Hotel stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Clean hotel. To get around if you plan on doing so, you’d be better off renting a car to visit places off site, especially in the summer. Public beach no private beach, walking distance to the aquarium. It’s a family resort so there will be lots of children. Resort is geared more for families with young kids . Our experience was pleasant overall., I would stay here again with a car rental.

I’ve stayed in resorts in Hawaii and this did not compare, we don’t know if it’s just the standard in Okinawa. The hotel itself is a destination if you like Orion beer and are planning to go to the aquarium anyways. You need to pay for the onsen and parking is limited. There is a time window limit for the welcome drinks so we missed it a few times and didn’t really enjoy forcing ourselves to drink it at the end. Warning to visitors from out of Asia, do not come to Okinawa between November and March. All pools and beaches are closed even though the weather is still very hot (summer) for North American standards. It is like a ghost town outside of the resort. I don’t know if the tour desk was lying to us because we booked kayak tours and it was cancelled twice due to the bad weather which was just rain and a bit of a breeze. I’ve gone kayaking in Hawaii in Christmas. If everything is indeed closed for the fall/winter season, bookings should not be made available and posted on hotel websites. Good food options were severely lacking, overpriced and not even half as good as the food in Naha. We had the buffet for dinner in the same location as the breakfast: turnover was slow so a lot of the food looked stale, over or undercooked. For dinner service, I would recommend the hotel utilize the chefs in the back to create a la carte order stations made to order rather than have 5-6 chefs prepping stuff that will sit out for no one and go bad. We drove out to Nago to eat instead the next days.
